My first B&B experience and it did not disappoint! Amazing hosts, delicious food, super clean home, fresh linen and towels. The location is ideal, literally so much to do, see, shop and eat all within walking distance. Lots to do on the Pier and met lovely people. Was lucky enough to catch the fireworks on a Sunday night. I hope to visit again with friends and family some day. Karen is lovely and Kevin is hilarious. Will definitely miss them and their sweet dog Katie.

Welcomed by Kirk upon arrival who showed us around the property then to our room, (room 1). Spacious and nicely decorated with a large an en suite wet room. Great breakfasts served at a leisurely pace with more than enough choices and cooked how you like it. I had a couple of glasses of wine in the sitting room, decent wine at ridiculously cheap prices. Kirk and David are great hosts and we will return next year as there is plenty to see and do in the surrounding area. I could not fault either the property or the hosts. A lovely weekend.
