The building was beautiful. The breakfast was nice and there was a good variety. The staff were very helpful, even sorting us out with bikes at short notice. The spa treatments were so relaxing.

The hotel has lots of old world charm from another era. The public places are very ornate.
My room and ensuite were quite spacious and well funished but a little tired around the edges. The air-conditioning worked perfectly.
The public areas were spacious and thriving with guests but not overcrowded.
Most of the staff we encountered spoke no English, but they were none the less helpful and obliging.
Ample car parking space in the hotel courtyard.
The C roads that we rode from Teruel to Burgo that day were simply stunning. +70 miles of motorcycling heaven.

Despite our arriving at the prescribed time (18.15) the hotel was locked and, though a note on the door referred us to the restaurant opposite, that too was locked. Population of Calatañazor is in single figures and no-one to be seen anywhere. Eventually Rahel arrived and, though we were the only guests, our room had been well prepared and was warm. Supper across the road - again the only guests - with food preparation carried out by Rahel. The main course was inedible but the replacement provided was fine. Room entirely satisfactory and totally silent. No problems next morning for breakfast. Hotel and town were however like an abandoned film-set but maybe a stay later in the season would feel very different.

Amazing staff, food and facilities. Booked it from Australia not knowing what to expect. My room was perfect and I was upgraded. As I was travelling alone, I felt beautifully looked after by the staff. Beautiful town, ancient ruins to climb, safe nurturing place to regenerate and/or romantic place to experience something out of this world together.
The hotel was lovely views spectacular staff friendly food good. Our bathroom shower was very old and awkward to use so were the basin taps needs updated bathrooms especially as we booked a superior room.
This is a lovely hotel. The staff were very friendly & helpful. The room was big, clean with comfy beds & good showers. The cafe was also very good.
Hotel is I. A great location, right next to the town square.
Spacious room and big, comfy bed, large bathroom. Both very clean and well appointed. Great breakfast. Hotel very quiet - no neighbour noise at all. Lovely staff - an exceptionally welcoming and helpful receptionist. Perfect location on the Main Street in town and right by the main plaza. Lots of parking.
