An absolute magical experience during the holidays and the hotel's location is just perfect for that. Service was great, the room was very clean, modern, and nicely decorated with a balcony overlooking the lake. Staff at the reception and restaurant were very nice. The Sauna and steam room area was absolutely perfect after a long hike in the black forest. Breakfast buffet was nice and had enough vegan options for us. Already booked again for next December.

The host is absolutely great. Super friendly, helpful, accommodating. She went out and bought two vegan sandwich spreads for my wife for breakfast, because my wife does not eat dairy or meat. Location is great and beautiful. The household feels very family like. Price is also excellent for what you get. 100% would come here again!

The location is great, the room was so nice and cozy. Very warm and comfortable. Had a mountain view. Staff was very nice, got recommendations for places to visit and they were just amazing. Will return back again.
