They were very helpful to us. We could arrange everything with them to be done out of working hours, and it saved our trip! We had a late cancellation from another hotel and they were very kind in helping us to book the missing night to basically arrive late and leave early to follow our trip. They left everything in our room too (including paperwork). The room was clean and comfortable. It is a very cute mountain-style hotel. We are very grateful for all the help and flexibility you had with us.
