Absolutely wonderful staff, very nice (!!) remote location, good breakfast included. Basically all our expectations were either met or exceeded! The pomegranate trees and figs provided us with a nice addition to our breakfasts.

The location is perfect, you can walk to the city center easily and the exit of the city is super close. You also have the Pukoro very close and the way to the Diablo valley. The place is very picturesque, the rooms are nice, they are simple but clean and comfortable. It was neither hot nor cold and the bathroom is really nice, I loved the shower. The outside is nice with hammocks and a pool surrounded by a lot of green. You have cats around which is super cute and also a climbing wall. In the night it feels very safe as mystique. I just loved staying here and highly recommend. Remember this is not a 5 star hotel so come if you really want to feel San Pedro then this is a place.

Beautiful pool and relaxing area. The owner is lovely and she was really helpful. Breakfast is good, they start the buffet from 4am so if you're going on excursions, you can still have food which is good and if it's after 6:30 you can have eggs cooked too. We also had lunch there after an excursion and the salads and sandwiches were great and good value for money. The bed was comfy and room and the whole place was spotless- very clean! We even went able to use the pool area to sunbathe in July (Chilean winter!)
Fabulous property located just off the high street of San Pedro. Beautiful courtyard garden, shaded by trees, lovely outdoor furniture for relaxing. Small swimming pool with loungers around but water too cold to go in.
We had a very nice garden room which was nicely decorated and comfortable.
Breakfasts were great and the kitchen staff were delightful. Tea, coffee and drinking water available around the clock.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this restful hotel.

Amazing and relaxing stay in Atacama. Everything was super clean and we had a shared bathroom, but no problem at all since everything was organized and clean. Also the shared kitchen is a plus. No breakfast included but almost all the tours you are most likely to do offer food. The outdoor space is super beautiful with tables outside to seat and relax. The host family is lovely and super helpfull. Would return for sure!

Fabulous rooms. The superior deluxe rooms are in a separate complex called El Refugio next door to the older hotel. The rooms are lovely and the staff were friendly and accommodating. It was so peaceful and relaxing.
