We had a great stay as a family of three in March 2024. Very nice room - and a shared open kitchen in the court. Ver friendly and helpful staff. And very convenient central location with a short walk to the beach and some great restaurants etc. Recommended, great value for money!

The place is superior. The room we initially booked was quite good, but we had a problem with the safe. I personally only expected a similar room, but we got an UPGRADE for FREE. For the entire stay, we could enjoy a bigger room with a jacuzzi.
The place itself is cozy. The staff is amiable and professional: they addressed our needs throughout the whole stay, and even when we had a medical emergency, they calmly helped out, and then directed us to the nearest emergency point.
Also, breakfasts there are something else.
We didn't get lucky with the weather, but I imagine Praia Joaquina is stunning when it is sunny. Also, there are a lot of sandboard facilities and dunes nearby.

Our stay was magnificent; we knew it was a traditional hotel but it combined modernness and vintage views; the common areas were always clean and maintained; the staff was really helpful and nice. It was all about details they would leave us nice notes in each meal, coconut water in the room each day, and overall such a nice vibe. We loved it, we were a couple, I'm pregnant and it was my boyfriend's birthday and they gave her a cake it was so special. Breakfast was AMAZING! The pool area is very relaxed and the garden also very nice
Delicious breakfast. Very friendly staff and the check in was flexible, they let me leave a couple of hours later without any issues. The pool area and jacuzzi are great. Perfect place to spend some days and relax from the stress of a big city.
An absolute gem of a place. Beautiful (stylish/ eclectic). Great attention to detail and Simone and Miguel took great pleasure in ensuring guests had a fabulous experience. Breakfast excellent. Room spacious with lovely en-suite and balcony (with hammock). The garden was a delight. Very chilled and relaxed place to be.
Beautiful place with lovely staff, great breakfast, close to the beach, jacuzzi was fantastic, lots of birds and just fabulous. The staff went out of their way to ensure we are taken care off, even with the language barrier.
I also loved the coffee station in the room. Nice touch!
I love everything in this place! I am glad that I got a great choice to stayed before I going back to my country (Philippines🇵🇭). My boyfriend and I really enjoyed every moments here though it just for one night stayed. But we will definitely go back here and stay for more days. Nice and clean, amazing breakfast, spacious room, super friendly staff, walking distance to the beach, supermarket and restaurants. Safe area and lovely jaccuzi to relax and wine down. Anna was an angel and super friendly dealt with all our enquiries professionally and let us have a late checkout.
Great hosts (different than the ones who take care of the communication via Booking), romantic and relaxing location, parking in front of the apartment, central between a couple of beautiful beaches, good restaurants closeby, supermarket around the corner, and we loved the welcoming labrador and the beautiful cat. we will definitely come back!
Amazing staff, very thoughtful and caring. Breakfast was so good, and the option of having it either in the room, garden, or restaurant was so sweet. Furthermore, the location is great, from walking distance to the Lagoa da Conceição with shops and restaurants. My favorite part was the room: very comfortable bed, good space, lighting, big bathroom. I went with my partner to celebrate our anniversary and I felt the hotel contributed to the romantic vibe.
