Room was amazing - overlooked the golf course and fountain. Food at Tee's Clubhouse was excellent, as was the service. The gymnasium was well-equipped. The walking paths around the resort were enjoyable at pre-dawn before the golfers started playing. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

The beachside location with ocean views was stunning and the lovely Mediterranean comfortable decor in the apartment made it the perfect stay for our family. The children loved the spa, sauna and free foxtel & the adults loved the early morning walks along the beach. The full kitchen was perfect for meals. We are planning to come back next month as it was the most relaxed holiday we’ve been on for a while.

The room was upgraded, and the staff were super friendly and helpful and even gave us a bottle of sparkling wine when they found out it was our honeymoon. Always enjoy our stays at SeaWorld. Value for money when you get room, entry to SeaWorld, and delicious buffet breakfasts. The Spa is great, couples massages are a must, the best massages we have both had ever, the staff really listened and accommodated. Teppanyaki was also exceptional. You really don't have to go anywhere else, everything is on site.

The room was great, amazing view of the ocean. The bath was huge, easily fit 2 people. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and there was a surprise waiting in our room, a helium balloon, a lovely note from the manager and a chilled bottle of wine in the fridge. we were seeing a comedy show at the casino and it was an easy walk over across the road.

From the moment we arrived at the check in counter the lady was extremely helpful as all the staff are. They were undergoing renovations but everything was very smooth. Upon arrival to our room we were greeted with a balloon on the table with a lovely welcome card and anniversary congrats along with a complimentary bottle of champagne in the fridge. Rooms are cozy as they always have been.. have stayed here a number of times. Would continue to stay here.

Well priced hotel for smilar level of luxury in the area. Location good - if walking to Broady it's about a 15 min walk and Surfers about 20/25 min. But its opposite the tram station so made getting around easy. Staff were wonderful, so friendly and helpful. We got a free upgrade to a better room which was just so lovely! Very clean and comfortable. Nice decor. Fantastic Breakfast included. Pool bar service was great! Pool large and clean and nice temperature.

The staff were incredible. We were congratulated on our anniversary by almost every staff member, they gave us free upgrades and complementary drinks. The staff went above and beyond to make this a special occasion for me and my partner. The pools were incredible and warm, and the pool bar was great to grab a drink and relax by the waterside. The food and service at Misono was incredible. The breakfast Buffet was lovely. We will be coming again in the future and we can't wait!
