    Nothing

Check in is always quick. Peaceful, all units are beautifully set in gardens with a huge pool as the centerfold attraction. Comfortable and large rooms fully equipped with cable tv, king size beds, coffee/tea, refrigerator etc. The bathrooms are spacious too, with both a tub and shower. A large dining area/bar is right next to the pool and open almost all day. We didn’t have a chance to enjoy any of the food in the menu due to current COVID rules, we trust that their service should be just as good. We always stay there when in the capital city.

This was the only place that excluded breakfast and it was also relatively expensive. Also, the resort is quite out of town, several Ulendodrivers turned us down.

The resort looks beautiful, all the cabins look very nice. The bathroom had both a bath and a shower, which was nice and warm. The room was spacious, had a tv, offered coffee and tea. We could call the restaurant from inside our room to order dinner, which was convenient.

Cottages are pleasant, though a bit dark. Restaurant serves only black tea. If you want green, you must bring yours.

Lovely place outside Lusaka. If you don;t hurry to the office in the morning, it's a perfect place to stay. If you go to Lusaka for busines, it's 30 min from the worst roundabout in the ocuntry. I was stuck there for 50 min! But the place is nice, service good. Swimming pool is big and clean.

Being situated along a main road (Kafue Road) you have to contend with the occasional noise of vehicles (including heavy trucks), but it isn't a deal breaker.

The chalet we stayed in was spacious and quite cozy. Featured a bathtub, shower, aircon, etc. Definitely good value for money!

I understand that this is due to covid, but not being able to sit in the restaurant to have dinner with my friends. Apart from that I would stay again.

The beds are so comfy, I wanted to take it home with me. The surroundings make you think you are no longer in the concrete jungle of Lusaka.

Water in shower was warm but not really hot. Powdered milk for the coffee is ok but liquid milk would be much nicer.

Heater in the room was really efficient. Bed & pillows very comfy. Rooms and surroundings attractive.

No toasted sandwich's anymore at the bar. Could be more sack food at the pool side.

Breakfast was great and location was quiet and peaceful. The pool and the garden area are wonderful and so relaxing. The staff are so helpful and pleasant.

No electric, no water, shower stoped while in the shower! Handle of shower falling off! Blankets torn, creature in the room crawling around on the walls. Not an easy location to drive to without adding more time and money.

I would "never" go there ever again! Ever!

I asked for an extra towel to lay at the pool because the pool chairs were very dirty (birds feces). I only got one towel with which I had to dry off in the evening after showering as well. Also, it was not possible to lock the door of our apartment.

The room was big, we got offered water and the surrounding was very luxurious. We came early so we had to wait before we could check in, but were allowed to lay at the pool in the meantime.

we paid for our stay on arrival but on chevk out we were told the amount was wrong and had to pay extra again....this didnt sit well with us especially since we were told we were given a discount.also on the day we had a sit on dinner we couldnt find a table as guests at the lodge and had to organise our own table.we also kept getting brushed off by the restaurant owner maybe because we were black and there were alot of Indian and white families.the lodge is nice but our stay was stained by these events.please do better.

They seem to be racist or favor whites, as we booked a pool view room but got a chalet instead upon enquiry it had been given to someone else. We got go breakfast and was bombarded with questions which wasn’t the case for other white guests.

Property has a nice pool area and restaurant on the property that serves great meals. The staff tries.

Food took a while to come which was slightly tricky with three hungry children, but being in such a nice setting it was easy to wonder around with them whilst waiting.

The grounds are beautiful, it's like paradise. The resort was well maintained and the staff were always keen to help. The food was delicious, especially the steak!

The inclusive breakfasts were appalling! The cooked breakfast was ice cold and they had run out of most of the buffet items and did not replenish! There was only instant coffee and no milk was provided in the rooms! We had to fetch from the restaurant for early morning coffee! It spoilt our stay completely!

The rooms were very comfortable although our toilet didn’t flush properly!

The noise. The accommodation is next to a very busy main road with large lorries moving all through the night (often honking horns), and the accusation is thatched which provides no sound insulation from the noise, if anything it exacerbates it. Such a shame as everything else was fantastic.

The staff are very friendly. The hotel grounds are beautiful
