The was a day when the room was not cleaned. Robert was sometimes off when you ask him something, seemed like when ever we asked him something it was too much to ask. Breakfast was nice but same thing everyday and sometime we could taste the bread was not fresh even though it was toasted. No variety. They should consider changing somethings especially for guests with a longer stay. Need to reconsider the fridge in the wardrobe as it doesn’t get cold when doors are closed. We struggled with parking as other guests would park in the middle of the yard as if they are the only guests and we couldn’t drive in. We were the 1st guests and stayed for a week and when other guest came a night a two they would occupy the space and we had to park in the street. Would prefer another stay to better experience the place

The room was very specious, big bed, sufficient balcony, double basin and the pool area was chilled even though we did not get to swim due to the weather. Walking distance to Victoria road and the beach. Luke was very friendly and attended to all our needs.

We were delayed for check in, and they were available for late check in at no additional cost. We also had to leave a vehicle with them for a safe parking after check out while doing other excursions and it was well taken care of. Place is within walking distance to Camps Bay beach front and an avalanche of restaurants, bars and all sorts of night life places. The place is extaticly pleasing, bathroom is modern and open and gives a wow Look, the bed is Comfortable, they have a tea station in the room and a tugged away... Place has sufficient security, remote controlled entrances, breakfast is for free, unfortunately we could not have it as we left very early.

I felt that they were not prepared for us. We stayed in the honeymoon suite and the balcony was a mess. I understand it rained before we arrived, but surely they could have brought in the pillows from outside. The soap in the room was also not refilled. The staff I felt was also not very professional. When they ask me for my breakfast order they totally ignored my wife. Meaning she got beacon for breakfast when she is a vegetarian?!

Location was great. Very nice views and the inside of our room was great. WiFi also worked well.

It isn’t luxury like the ad would suggest. It’s a simple, clean basic accommodation. We had Harry Potter room under the stairs which was dark and the window/doors faced straight on the driveway/entrance ground level so there was no privacy to open your curtains and walk around as you like. In addition, you had to lock the room to have security at night. Which was obviously a fire hazard, so we left the room unlocked which then made us vulnerable should a break in have occurred. If they want to promote a luxury accommodation, they need to think about decor - It’s unstylised. The fridge which we found in the wardrobe only offered sparkling water on the first night. No still, and nothing thereafter. And lastly we had to request the cushions put outside on the chairs and beach towels to take to the beach, which seemed as if it was an unusual ask to them. Small things like this would be a given in luxury accommodation and things we’ve noticed come naturally in other accommodation we’ve stayed in so far on this trip. Nice, fine, but not luxury.

The fridge in the bedroom is in. an unvented wardrobe. Instead of keeping food, insulin etc cold the top part of the fridge got very warm when the wardrobe doors were closed. Once I left the doors open the fridge worked well. I mentioned this to Luca who said he would ensure it was sorted. It really needs proper ventilation as if my wife's insulin had got too warm it would have destroyed it. Fortunately I managed to establish the situation before any problems but during our stay had to leave the doors open.

Not enough sun beds and cushions and what there were need replacing (cushions). Need a breakfast menu we were not aware of what was available. No bar or honesty bar which would be ideal or at least some drinks in the room fridge.

Tv was not programmed and we were unable to watch anything. The bathroom has a glass door so no privacy when using shower or toilet.

Great location. A few minutes walk to beach., restaurants and shops. Very good breakfast of fruir, yoghurt, bacon, eggs etc. Staff were very helpful. We left some items behind and they couriered them to Australia for us. Wonderful view of the 12 Apostles from our balcony. Lovely pool area

Some people night be put off by the lack of security guard as it’s a house house not aHotel. The also was none of the usual security wire around the parameter of the fence.
