The service and manners of the personnel was excellent but we would have liked a bit more interaction with the personnel, dont know if they were just shy or ? Because the weather was quite cold also the cottage was quite cold upon entering and smelt a bit funny.. The heating (AC) was not capable to heat the place up, as it hung quite high the hot air stayed under the roof and it stayed quite cold below. Kitchen equipment was sufficient but could do with a bit more/newer pots and pans.

The welcome was friendly, the chalet was quite big for the two of us and all we needed was there. The cottages are safe and conveniently close (walking distance) to most places of importance in the village. The breakfast in the restaurant was nice.

The bathroom is a bit dated and could do with an update. Everything worked, it had a nice big bath, but a renovation would be welcome.

The staff was very friendly and upgraded us to a slightly larger accommodation, which we very much appreciated. We loved lighting the open fire place at night and sitting around it.

We were the only guests who were staying in the property during our 1 night stay without any staff in the property. Due to this being a self catering accomodation this could be a situation which we did not anticipate

This felt like Home away from home. It is such a cosy and beautiful place to be, the tranquility and privacy in your own cottage is a cherry on top. Evenings were a bit chilly and the fire 🔥 place made our evenings special 🥰 The staff was so friendly ❤️and they serve fresh and scrumptious breakfast☕️ I Definitely recommend this place to anyone planning to visit Tsitsikama in the near future. 🙌🏻🙏❤️

I was assisted to check in and checkout by Michelle and Adele. They were both very nice and welcoming. The cottage was comfortable, Spacious and very clean. I had a late arrival and Michelle made adjustments to wait for me to check in. She also assisted me to get to the Tsitsikamma National Park. It was so much easier with her guidance and assistance to get around the village especially since the weather wasn't the best. It was threatening to rain any moment but lukily it only rained later towards the end of the day.It was really beyond my expectations and I will highly recommend this facility.

Breakfast was a bit basic. We found it unfortunate that some things were not replenished such as the yoghurt and fruit salad, especially if you were not the first at breakfast.

We were upgraded to a larger cottage on arrival which was very pleasant. Small but nice pool for the kids to splash in after a hot day. Cool activities and hiking trails in the area! Friendly staff. Nice diner establishments around the corner and on walking distance.

Perfect spot to visit the lovely Stormseiver village and only a short distance from the N2, my cottage was lovely and as it was a bit chilly at night there was a log fire which was very cozy, the breakfast was delicious and well presented.
