The cottage was well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a modern kitchen with all necessary appliances. The living area was cozy and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location was ideal, offering picturesque views and easy access to hiking trails. The hosts were friendly and provided helpful recommendations for local activities and restaurants. Streams Cottage made for a perfect home away from home, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat. We will definitely be returning.

Wonderful location to access the mountain and the beach. Friendly host who was very attentive and helpful, but also respected our privacy. Few minutes walk to the beach, and to the Harold Porter Botanical Gardens towards the mountain. Clean and spacious facilities, wonderful shady outdoor setting where we sat and worked for a couple of days in the garden, by the pond, with the chirping birds, under the cool shade of the trees. Quiet location. Five minute drive to the penquins at Stony Point, fifteen minute drive to the Arabella Hotel, where we had lunch on a Sunday afternoon, when everything in Bettys Bay was closed. I highly recommend this accommodation.

Clean, simple accommodation that offers great value with really friendly hosts. Very well equipped kitchen. Interesting 'natural' garden to rear. 5 minutes stroll to quiet beach with surf, rock pools and lots of bird life. 50m from Harold Porter gardens. 100m from nice little shop and good cafe. Highly recommend

The host a real host checked on us regarding our check in time and was very accommodating as we arrived way before check in time which was much appreciated. Thnx Herman. Everything felt very homely, like home away from home.

We loved the natural pond, greenery, and looking at all the cool critters . Braai area was nice. Great view of the sunset from the top. Less than a 10 minute walk to the beach . 5 minute drive from the main road where you will find coffee shops , grocer, and other necessities. It's close to the Penguin colony as well. A lovely and authentic stay in the heart of Betty's Bay.

The position, value for money and the garden and view. It is across the road from Harold Porter. There are restaurants, a convenience store,a deli and an excellent laundry.

Myself my husband and my 2 children we spend Christmas at Streams Cottage and we loved everything about the cottage. Very spacious, clean, comfortable. It felt like home. Owners was easy to reach and very helpful.

Great place for a short trip, getting way from it all. The children enjoyed the dinner on the roof! We were right at the foot of the mountains where we took a beautiful trail to a waterfall.

The Peacefulness of Betty's Bay and this 2 bedroom unit. Beautiful view of the mountain. 5 minute walk to the sea. Self catering facilities very good. You can also purchase proteas grown from seed from the owners.

Everything about the place. It was comfortable, cozy and had all the necessities needed for the perfect break away . The hosts were really sweet and very caring and were always available when needed . Herman and his wife are absolute gems 💕🤗 will definitely be going back.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Streams Cottage. It is in a lovely, quiet location with the beautiful Harold Porter Botanical Gardens just across the road and some lovely places to eat a short walk away. The Cottage was wonderful and comfy and well equipped. Our hosts, Herman & Karen, were so welcoming, friendly and helpful. We would love to go back when we get the chance.
