A lady guest decide it was appropriate to swim naked at 08:30 in the morning while I was having breakfast. She then walked around naked. kitchen lady saw but did not report it. Did report to reception but sorry was all i got. This really ruined an experience which had been great till that point.

The units are very close together, parking was tight, other guests including ourselves battled to pass the parked vehicles to get to the respective units. No Music was allowed but the guests next door to us was soo loud. Spent 2 nights and on both occassions the guests next door only quietened down towards the morning hours. As far as cleanliness, the floors were always sticky.

There was no table in front of the bedroom mirror. No mirror inside the shower.

The clean huge inviting swimming pool !!! Complex was quite and every visitor so friendly. The lodge is outstandingly neat.

I really didn't like that I have to shower with cold water every day..a little geyser maintanace wouldn't harm anyone

It's not something I didn't like per say, just something I've come to expect from hotels that wasn't there this time around. Like no complementary tea or coffee or soap in the bathroom.

The peace and quiet! Beds so comfortable. The huge family room even had both a bath tub and a shower

The reception staff are unfriendly, to the point of rudeness. They were not inclined to assist us with our needs - it appeared as though we were inconveniencing them when we asked for appropriate beverage glasses in our room. Our room was not serviced on one day, and our bath towels were dirty on arrival. The staff were affronted when we requested clean towels. Service staff are extremely noisy, shouting at each other from one apartment to another. the noise level was awful, invasive. They cannot work with decorum. The available parking is very tight, and as most travellers drive SUV's and bakkies, it was very difficult to get in and out of the premises.

The accommodation is well placed and we could walk to all restaurants, shops etc

Other than the network signal in the area there's absolutely nothing to complain about.

The property is well located near points of interest. The staff was very friendly. The property has beautiful refreshing garden, huge sparkling pool and a space to relax and dine near the pool.

Leaking roof in unit 1. Outdated and rusting appliances. Terrible check-out experience. When we handed in the key, lady at reception ran to Unit 1 and grabbed a towel with blue stains. She ran to our vehicle, which was already parked on the road, implied we had stolen towels (where are my towels!) and tried to make us pay R300 for stained towel (which we found that way and just didn't use during our stay). She also said one of the cleaning ladies had informed us of this, which never happened. When we also started to get irritated because this lady is in the middle of the road making a seen she accused us of having "a chip on our sholder." This was my 3rd stay in St Lucia and the worst experience thus far.

The facilities were okay. We booked 4 sleeper (Unit 1) & 6 sleeper (Units 27, 28 & 29)

Treatment by the supervisor shouting at us saying that we are making noise aren't we there to enjoy ourselves her attitude was bad Old furniture Single beds not suitable for adults Wi-Fi not working We don't wish to go there anymore We were sharing the iron and there was no ironing board No couches we had to sit on our beds The place is terrible shame No cushions at the pool

The property was VERY untidy not clean at all, in the kiddies bedroom the bed was not made. The shower was very untidy and the water drainage system in the shower was not working. What is advertised on booking.com is not what you find in the property. The property does not have a pool area as advertised in the pictures and does not offer luxury bedrooms as advertised. To to top it up, I called the manager and share came and was VERY RUDE and not even willing to listen to me, I have a video recording of the conversation. We ended up checking out on Saturday; 06 November and moved to another property in Ballito and we were refunded for 2 nights. I have video's and pictures of the property if you need them. This was the most horrible experience EVERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR. We paid for one night and we got no benefit at all please refund us the one night. To add to all of this when we booked at Ballito Manor View booking.com said they will charge is R4173 plus R2000 breakage fee to be paid at the property. But booking.com took R6023.12 from us without even an explanation of this. Can you please arrange a refund of R1850.12 for us as this is day light robbery. The property was not even cleaned during our stay and no linen changes were done, why are you charging us for services that you have not delivered? This is really annoying.
