I honestly didn’t enjoy the hot breakfast too much oil used limited options. Please add chicken sausages for breakfast. Bathrooms are small so needs more extraction

shower glass was out first impression the gardens need to be looked at and road from tar road need to be looked at maintained.

The rooms need a lot of attention- some have been renovated but with a corrugated iron roof which takes away a lot of the charm Bathrooms urgently need modernizing

Both bathroom doors didn’t close and we could find power outlets so we had to move the fridge. The overhead lights are very dim.

Good breakfast, plenty of space, lots of fun playing put-put and tennis. Very well kept gardens.

Our room has two single bed which were just pushed together, that was a turnoff for us.

I couldn't say much because we decided on our way to polokwane to look for a place to rest as it was late, the room and the reception as well as dining room and breakfast area was super.

The TV was a little small but definitely not a deal breaker as we went to get away from everything. If there was a small fridge in the room that would be great. There was a small gap under the door which allowed the cold air to get in but we blocked it with a towel

The room was just the right size and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. The food was very tasty

We really enjoyed our stay. It was only one night but I will recommend Shangri-La to anyone looking for accommodation in the area. We did not have breakfast but enjoyed dinner. The facilities are nice, and we will definitely return to make use of the Spa.

The garden is very neglected and the outside space urgently needs maintenance. The place is advertized as having a Spa and Jaccucci, however both are not functional.

The room was very clean and well equipped. The rooms are real value for money. The bar and dining area are well decorated within the era it represents. The bar attendant, Holo, is a great person! Supper was great.

In our room the bathroom tap was leaking, which should be looked at because the leak was quite bad. The geyser was very hot so we accidentally burned ourselves because it was too hot. It would be nice if there was more staff on hand, the staff were working in all areas in the hotel. They were all very attentive, but they seemed overworked so I hope that more staff are employed to help with this.

The breakfast was really good and a large selection in the buffet. The staff were attentive and kind, they responded immediately to any concerns we had. The hotel was kept clean and comfortable, it was very peaceful.

Rooms were beautiful and comfortable ,staff was amazing wow ,we enjoyed the alacart menu and the breakfast . My request please add bar fridges in the rooms .
