Everything was perfect except shower, can't adjust shower head

Breakfast exceeded expectations. Staff were friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make sure we had a pleasant stay. The grounds are kept immaculately, and we loved taking walks in the mornings. Dinner was also excellent, served in a beautiful dining area. All in all a lovely stay and I would definitely recommend for a weekend away from the hustle and bustle of life.

Unfortunately the bed condition wasn’t great the bed needs to be replaced. The app used to communicate with reception is not idle we struggled to set it up, we never used it during our stay.

To locate the hotel is easy and the roads accommodate all cars. The place is really amazing, I could already imagine how more beautiful it looks during summer. The Staff members are friendly and very understanding. Really enjoyed my stay not forgetting the Food yummy yummy 😋

There wasn't enough spare linen. It got a bit chilly on Saturday night, the staff did their best to fulfill my request but the extra blanket they came back with was small. We didn't have floor mats in our room either.

The onsite restaurant is wonderful - from outdoor dining under trees, to the food served. The staff members are welcoming. Local wildlife is another attraction. This hotel is value for money.

There are cats everywhere and I am terrified of cats . The chairs in the room are not comfortable, the shower didn’t have shower head . The glasses in the room are very small it would be nice to get decent size glass.There was no cold breakfast options or pastries .

The receptionist was very nice and helpful , they gave us a complimentary upgrade which was very nice and appreciated. The room was clean , dinner was so good but breakfast was very nice. The smart tv is already connected to Netflix no need to log into your own account

The entrance and the main gate of the property were asking for a pin code that was supposed to be sent to me, which I couldn't find in my emails or sms messages. But after we called reception we were given the code and we entered without further hasstles.

Very well kept hotel, rooms are neat and comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The gardens are beautiful and it was a delight to wonder around the premises.

A fridge in the room would have been great.

The bar area, receptionist - Mapula was a great host, made us feel so welcomed always greeting with a smile , great customer service, this place had good facilities especially for a couple, the visit's from the monkey's.

The rooms doesn't have Microwave and Refrigerators. The wifi signal/connection was very poor.

It's silly but it's the little things. I don't like to drink shooters out of plastic glasses, the menue is paper (put it in a sleeve in a binder), it's beautiful high ceilings but the rooms are a bit dark

Beautiful setting in comfortable and spacious accommodation. The breakfast was excellent and the cocktails super duper delicious. Will definitely go back. The new rooms look beautiful

We didn't have a fridge😔but she did mention that fridges were bought and will be allocated to each room Our outdoor wooden bench didn't have cushions But overall everything was great..

The venue is beautiful A private location I must say🥹 The room was big and clean a bit vintage but still fine Dinner wasn't bad I loved the breakfast more There was a lady "Lebo" very friendly and helpful she kindly took us through the hotel made sure we are comfortable

When we got to the gate, we had to wait as the pin we got after booking did not work. We called the number written on the gate, but it just rung unanswered. It was dark, and we felt unsafe. The drive from the gate to the facility needs some maintenance

We were tired and booked while we were on route. When we arrived, it was love at 1st sight. I loved everything from the reception to the room. A hiden gem. Will definitely book again for a weekend. The photos are not doing any justice to the place👌👌

You will have to deal with the occasional spider and a few bugs but it's part of being in nature

No fridge in room..tv very small compared to room size ..plugs not suffient ..had to put kettle on floor to bil..no two point plugs for charging..however did get a two point plug from reception
