We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

South AfricaMaybe just the time for each activity can be extended. There wasn't enough plugs for the two lamps and the fan in the main bedroom, so the one lamp could not be used. But other than that, there wasn't much that we didn't like.
We enjoyed all the activities at the resort. The kids enjoyed the pools, the games. We all enjoyed going on the motorboat and paddleboats ourselves. The putt-putt and tenpin bowling was so much fun, for both young and old. The chalet was nice and clean. Sufficient space for a short visit. The braai area was cleaned the following day after we used it the previous night. The pools were great and clean. The food in the restaurant was also really great. The staff was friendly as well.

South AfricaWe could not enjoy the hot water swimming facility as it was occupied every time that we got there by the same group of people. We suggest that there is also a time limit on using the hot water pool as there is at the jacuzzies. Many other guests had to turn away from the pool because of this hogging of the space.
We enjoyed the following activities: jacuzzi, swimming, bowling, cycling. The chalet was very clean and we felt safe especially during the Covid times.

Also advertise that SUP and paddle boats free activities. But when we get there it states for 10 or 15 min only.

IF IT'S RAINY WEATHER, KEEP IN MIND, YOU WILL HAVE TO BRAAI IN THE RAIN AS THE BRAAI IS NOT COVERED LIKE THE STOEP OF EACH HOUSE. PARKING IS LIMITED TO A VEHICHLE PER HOUSE, BUT AS WE WERE 6 PEOPLE IN EACH HOUSE, THE FRIENDLY STAFF SORTED US OUT TO HAVE SUFFICIENT PARKING.
WE OCCUPIED K08 AND K10 WHICH ARE THE BIGGEST UNITS IN THE RESORT. KEEP IN MIND WHEN YOU MAKE A BOOKING THAT THERE ARE FIRST FLOOR UNITS AND GROUND FLOOR UNITS. THE EVEN NUMBERS ARE GROUND FLOOR SHARING THE GARDEN. FRIENDLY FRIENDLY STAFF - VERY HELPFUL. UNITS EVEN HAVE AN EXTRA BAR FRIDGE.
