A lot of noise and music from the neighbouring rooms although it says no noise after 10pm, it went on all night.

That the shower head was broken and we were unable to report it as by the time we used the shower the reception lady had already left.

The apartment was amazing. It was convenient for us even when we needed to go to the shops. It was clean and it was neat. We really felt like it was our home away from home

I did not like the fact that the tv volume could not go up it was so low on 4 my partner and I ended up switching the tv off because it was no use to watch

No table to eat. Kitchenette small. No plug in bathroom. For blowdryer or to shave. A mirror can get put in the wardrobe . Need to look at things that needs maintenance. Bath was spoilt. Side tables stained. Could have ice machine facility on property. Could offer continental breakfast. Amenities need refilling wen room is cleaned. Ashtray should be provided at the basement . Pool deck was not available which off been nice .

Friendly staff,housekeepers and security. Room was clean . I had good view. Pleasant stay. Would return but stay in a sea view apartment next time. Thank Ms Solomon

I think the parking was a bit tricky. It,s a lovely building but the space on the ground floor wasn't easy to park. It was based on a "first come, first service". So after a day out you weren't sure if you were going to get parking. Eventually, if you did it was very tricky to wiggle your way into a spot.

We did not have time to do breakfast, however, the breakfast area looked comfortable and had a nice atmosphere. The location of the hotel met our needs as it was only 4 blocks away from family we were visiting.

Parking can be tricky when it's full but that's a Cape town problem.

Kitchen facility was excellent, basics (salt/pepper/cooking oils) were provided. Lovely room, enjoyed the big shower. Full time security were helpful and always friendly, ready to assist.

Cleaning Staff has Major attitude, 3rd time here and still not happy, sheets had stains and checked in to a dirty bin

Miscommunication with regard to payment as I was contacted by different people from the same apartment requesting for my payment even though I mentioned and agreed that I was going to pay on my arrival. I got about 3 emails from different people requesting my payment, and on the other hand, they were trying to charge my card on Booking.com. so it was inconvenient for them to do that as it shows that they were not communicating as a staff with regard to my Booking
