The bathroom room facilities did not accommodate me as a disabled person. They needed to be bigger, without a step and possibly with a bath tub inside tp accommodate my wheelchair . Going up the stairs was another challenge, so next time I would appreciate if such rooms were situated were we don't need to climb some steps. The lodge could benefit from best practices on providing reasonable accommodation for people with disabilities

Accommodation is clean, Bedroom has everything you need, Bed was good, Bathroom was clean, Toilet tapes water in very slow so maybe looking at that (Room 3). Reception area can be made a bit more modern, Property needs some maintenance. Price is good. But other than that i cant complain.

Room number 5 was very light at night. The toilet seat was broken. Bathroom had a bad smell. The service at your restaurant was very very poor, I planned a birthday breakfast for 18 people there but after waiting an hour and a half for a cup of tea I decided not to do the birthday breakfast there. They couldn't supply us with Mosquito's nor 5 Roses tea. Another employee was sleeping on the couches in the restaurant. The guesthouse was very noisy at night.

Your gate guard is an excellent well-mannered friendly young guy. He always greeted was a big smile.

I got a call on friday from nokuthula that ,they can not host us anymore while our arrival day was the next day, i told them its not my problem.Apon arrival no apology we were taken from one room to the other with bags till we ended up being comfortable it was a bad experience at first,Ayanda apologised and made sure things are sorted out,Thank you sis.

The cleaners were friendly and nice, they know how to treat guests.We had supper for mothers day,the food was nice the music was great really enjoyed it.

The shower i could not shower nicely as the shower was facing wrong direction and the water was flooding thru the door and the safety of the shower is a no no if you can slide you going to broke your ribs the steps are too high and is not safe at all ….the bedding felt like someone was sleepin there…and the towels where dirty …the balcony box of matches was left there …..i was not impressed at all

The noise that was made by other tenants they were so loud in the early morning while we were still sleeping and it happened twice.

The restaurant served nice food but we had to change our order because most food items were out of stock. They made us wrong breakfast.

The place was clean, nice view(pool), closer to most things including shopping malls and the staff was friendly and welcoming.

there were some visitors who argued and made made a loud noise throughout the night.

We did not have time for breakfast as we left around 3 o'clock in order to catch the buses to the starting point of a marathon race.

I didn’t like the noise through the night. I couldn’t sleep at all.As I entered the passage going to my room I could smell cigarettes and dagger which this annoyed me a lot.

Rooms had a glass pane door with the lights shining through and you cannot turn it hallway light off or all your electricity and your room we go off.
