N/A - just be aware you do have a 15-minute drive on gravel roads in case you don't want/like that. We drove in a Hyundai i10 and had no issues, so this is really just a point of preference for some travellers.

My friends and I had an amazing stay at Mountainview Vineyards. The views, pool, and house exceeded my expectations. This space is a little piece of paradise and I will definitely be back. The beds are incredibly comfortable and the house is kitted out with everything that you could need. I would just say maybe bring some extra light options for load shedding but otherwise, you have plenty of gas and braai cooking options. Wifi is slow and inaccessible in some areas but honestly, it's best to disconnect when enjoying this space. The hosts were lovely and welcoming and my Yorkie also enjoyed all the greenery and free space to walk and explore. The large house and space make it perfect for couples and larger groups. A dishwasher was a plus and made cleaning up very easy adding to the stress-free nature of the place.

it’s not something we didn’t like but just something people should know. There is a 12km dirt road which can get pretty bumpy just drive it at a decent speed to feel less of the bumps. If you have an suv or 4x4. you should not have a problem. however the drive is WORTH IT!!!

The property is huge can easily sleep 10 guest also it’s a definite place you can enjoy the views and the amazing pool! there is so much hiking trails. Also Marlise is an amazing host she is VERY responsive and if you need anything she makes sure you get it as soon as possible.

While a bit far off the beaten track, that's exactly why it's appealing. If you're a casual hiker, there are some short walks from the property. If you want a long hike to the top of the mountain (trail to Genadendal is amazing), you need to organise for the next property owner to open his gate.

Everything. Simply a superb building/venue with mountain and vineyard views. After visiting 15 self catering accommodations this year this one was the best. Rooms en suite just superb. Lounge with fireplace just superb. Kitchen with amenities just superb. It is an enormous house that easily sleeps 10.

Loved the setting of the swimming pool and various braai areas. Fireplace in the lounge was well placed. Bedrooms huge and comfortable and loft absolutely spacious. Kitchen adquequately provided and spacious. Lovely touches like dove soap and enough washing liquid with washing machine and tumble dryer. Friendly hosts who welcomed us warmly

This is my ideal gettaway. On a farm, away from the city (about a 20 minute drive to Robertson on a well-kept dirt road), quiet, beautiful, peaceful, spacious, did I say beautiful? There's a fire pit, a fireplace, a braai, another fireplace - it's an absolute dream in the winter! Wish we could've used the pool - too cold while we were there - but it has such a stunning view. I'll definitely go back, next time with more wine, more friends and many more days. (PS. The most comfortable and spacious beds I've slept in in years.)
