Our Villa was on top of the mountain and the peace and tranquility was amazing. We had breakfast on the patio every morning which we never do..🥰 The warm water and beautiful surroundings was a definite plus!

The kids were looking forward to playing table tennis and pool but it was not available. They hosted a private function in the hall so we couldn't access those facilities. It was very disappointing.

1. Booked at golden terraces and requested a bath with overhead shower. Was only allocated a shower, so I had some trouble washing my toddler. (Room 111) 2. The unit is supposed to come with basic things for cleaning the kitchen, and as we checked in on a Sunday, we had to wait for Monday to receive. 3. Smelled like stale smoke 4. I had 14 flea bites when leaving 5. The couch - you could FEEL the wooden frame of the couch. 6. Beer bottles and beer tops were still on our designated plot 7. Plasters (for wounds) were found around the heated swimming pool 9. Drain of the wash bason was clogged

1. Basically, all the DSTV channels 2. The kitchen was well equipped with utensils 3. Quick response of staff 4. Friendly nature of staff 5. Great upkeep of playground 6. Amazing security at the gate 7. All guests adhere to the rules 8. Late closure of food/restaurants 9. Pools within walking distance 10. Accommodating staff - requested a late check out, and it was seamlessly arranged.

The chalets are very outdated! The sofas are falling apart, there closet doors are cracked, some lights didn't work. Some maintenance and updating to bring into the 21st century would be great.

Walk and climb up to the cave a little unsafe due to chains being loose and lacking in places.

The beds are so uncomfortable...owners really need to change the mattresses in the main and double room... did not have a good night rest as the mattress was wobbly, missed a chopping board and had to go buy one so as not to damage the counters... but overall a good stay

Pool is not natural spring water as the name implies but heated normal water. Whole place needs a big upgrade and better maintenance.

Good family fun, kids loved making diverse friends on the playground and swimming in the warm pool in winter time. Cottage well equipped and clean and good value for money.

Main bedroom's bed frame was broken. Bottom board was shoved between 2 matresses. Informed the office. Not sure if they reached the owner of the Villa. The bed should have been replaced before we booked in. Bed was very uncomfortable for the 3 nights we were there. The dishwasher had a sign that we could not use it.

Communication regarding the actual hot springs could be done better on the website. These are just heated pools, and the natural springs are actually on the neighbouring property.

The unfriendly admin and not connected to the wifi. Admin staff was not very helpful and asked me what kind of phone do I have when I said samsung they said there is nothing they could do if I can't connect. Our check in time was 13:00, they gave the key 15:15 without an apology.

I loved the clean chalet, the friendly cleaning and security staff. The peace and the spacious chalet.

The unit villa was very cold. Needed carpets in the lounge area and more blabkets in the rooms. Or eater bottles to cater for the cold winter nights. The aircon unit could not heat the area, we were only reliant on a fire which does not heat a big area.

The accommodation was not up to par, there was not enough soap or toilet paper for 4 people for 3 nights and the price for the access to hot pool should have been included

I wish the indoor fireplace could be a bit bigger, some of the plug points were not working, it would be nice if there was a kiosk also.

The Villa was spacious and cozy. Loved the greenery.

1)That there was only 1 hot spring pool and it’s centre piece is very restrictive to swimmers and adds risk to get hurt while swimming. 2)That the children game (pool, table tennis and fooze ball) was very badly maintained. 3)No clear indication prior to arrival that the children play area has decreased due to erosion from last years flood (which I only found out during the week of stay).
