No, everything was amazing!

Our stay at Tomo Safari Lodge was incredible and it was a once in a lifetime experience. The Tomo Safari Lodge team — Irene, Conny, Marco, the kitchen staff, and all others — were super hospitable and attentive. This meant that from the moment we walked though the door there was nothing we had to worry about (except to show up for game drives and meal times) and we could truly switch off and relax. We had romantic dinners and lunches on the deck, saw elephants and impalas by the watering hole almost every day, and even saw and heard the lions around the lodge! We also LOVED the food (shout out to the chef Solly), especially the the bbq we had on our last night . Keegan was an incredible guide. We saw the big 5, got close to the elephants and lions, and even saw baby hyenas and pangolin. It was truly once in a lifetime experience which we will cherish for the days to come. Please say hi to Dee-Dee for us when you go❤️

Beautiful property in the middle of a private reserve. Very comfortable rooms. Staff were exceptional. We really enjoyed our game drives with Nic each day - he is very knowledgeable of the animals and land

The standard rooms have a spacious and modern bathroom, but the bedroom is a bit small and lacking a place to sit. We will go for a superior room next time, as we will definitely visit again!

The lodge is set amongst trees and in a garden, with a beautiful view on the mountains and overlooking the waterhole. Very friendly staff, making you feel at home, and delicious food. We really enjoyed the drives with our guide, Keegan. He is knowledgeable, will do his utmost to find the wildlife and has a great sense of humour.

Really nice staff, family-feeling, modern entirior, really beautiful view, we saw a lion drinking, pumbas&elephants, right in front of the Lodge at the waterplace. For the arrival you have to plan more time, because the last kilometer you have to drive slowly, if you have a small car.

The Tomo property is amazing, it’s is on such a beautiful peace of land, so tastefully built and in keeping with the environment. Even better is the staff which make your stay unforgettable with all the personal touches and the kindness they show to everyone. The game drives were unreal and we saw all big 5 and more. We couldn’t recommend this place more!!!

Gates closing and opening if you have a car you will have to call and wait sometimes for a long 30 mins . Avoid going out of the lodge during game drives

My partner and I stayed at Tomo Safari Lodge for 3 nights, and we were both blown away with how amazing it is!! From the moment we got picked up at the airport, our safari experience had started as we were lucky enough to see some animals on the drive to the Lodge. The safari drives were fantastic, and we managed to see the Big Five as well as so many more animals, with some of the animals being sighted whilst we were relaxing at the lodge. All of the staff at Tomo really did make this experience once in a lifetime. Every single meal that Chef Solly prepared was incredible! Hlulani was always on hand to provide us with drinks, and our game driver Keegan knew absolutely everything about the wildlife. It’s hard to put into words how amazing this place is, but I couldn’t recommend it more to anyone wanting an unforgettable safari experience in Greater Kruger. Thanks so much, from Louis and Kate.

Tomo Safari Lodge was close to the airport. It took us less than a half hour to arrive. The staff was very attentive and tried to make our stay more enjoyable. The room was cosy, bed comfortable, food delicious. We enjoyed game rides, walks, helicopter flight and relaxing next to pool and on terrace with a view. Everything was as expected. Thank you.

A couple of details / elements I think they are still perfecting. The property has just undergone a massive refurbishment and it feels like there is the odd thing they are still working on but it’s a really beautiful spot and good value and there was really nothing that impacted our enjoyment in any significant way - we genuinely loved our stay!

Amazing spot in the bush looking at beautiful mountains and surrounded by fanstastic wildlife. We saw a huge amount of game and the staff really went out of their way to ensure we had a wonderful time. Solly did a wonderful job with the food and the game drives were fabulous with very knowledgeable guides who really went the extra mile to get us good sightings. We saw lots of lions, elephants and even a leopard, we were so lucky!

During our stay, which was unfortunately only 2 nights, there was nothing what we didn't like.

One word: stunning! We kind of accidentally got there after the hotel we booked wasn't able to accommodate us. But waauw, what a beauty this is. Great views combined with an exceptionally friendly staff and food to die for. Definitely our favorite destination for a next trip.

- the food was absolutely delicious, everything was prepared freshly and with detail! - the service was great, everything was done to make as feel home - the game drives were adventurous, Brandon explained a lot and tried to show us as much as possible from the wildlife! We can also highly recommend the bush walking tour with Meghan - very exiting - the accommodation and our room was very new and nicely decorated
