Both shuttle bus driver and stuff tried to rush me even though there were 3-5 min before the bus departure time. The room had heating equipment but didn’t work and just made water noise.

Breakfast pack was very quick and helpful. Shuttle bus was useful with some room to improve (below)

the showers were not hot enough (but this could be easily solved, I'm sure.)

it is a very well-priced stop over when travelling - I had to catch an early flight to Mauritius, so I was in Joburg for the night. The shuttle service makes it very convenient, and the rooms are neat and clean. I stayed there on both the outbound and inbound trips and was very happy - I would happily recommend it for a transit sleepover.

I have stayed many times in this B&B but this time the breakfast was really bad. I hope this was a one-time event since the place was very full.

- load shedding so they turned off room heater, electricity for an entire wall. but at least the water heater now works in the other block. Had to stack 4 blankets to keep warm - block facing car park is very noisy and you have people randomly knocking on your door due to mistaken identity - they helped to move in a fridge but due to power shut down the fridge melted and water ponded in the room - salty sausages n bacon for breakfast

- super cold, water heater didn’t work and my family developed hypothermia after a freezing shower - heater didn’t work in room so the room was freezing through the night. Couldn’t sleep at all - only 2 towels were provided for 3 persons - only 1 shower gel for 3 persons and no hand soap

- good location, free airport shuttle - spacious - packed breakfast for early departure (yogurt, apple, coffee muffin) - very efficient checkin - affordable meals around 80-115 rand

The shower was a bit temperamental and kept on changing temperature but we did manage.

Hotel management should share the details like type of vehicle and it's registration number of Airport shuttle to the passengers to identify it immediately when arrives at bus bay. It is very simple thing. Unnecessarily I had to wait for almost one hour at bus bay.

We stayed overberg twice...on our way to Zanzibar and back. 20May we first stayed over the unit was nice and spacious but very uncomfortable bed and squeeck everytime you move

Perfect for an overnight stop on the way to Mauritius.. there is a free shuttle that fetches you from the airport and drops you back early the next day

I've experienced a number of smallish things: The shower tile floor is extremely slippery and reason for concern (NB); warm water takes extremally long to come through(both at the shower and wash bin; no wash bin plug (prop) in the bathroom; no TV remote; no place in the bathroom to put your toiletries.

Easy in, easy out. Breakfast was enough. Reception service was good and friendly (even with my late arrival)

I cannot fault the place for anything really

The place is great, has a convenient shuttle to and from the airport, is very close by the airport. The place offers dinner which can be brought into your room. My room had a mini fridge and a microwave, which is awesome when you have left over food. The breakfast was nice also

There is disturbing noticeable sounds from the upper rooms when in first floor rooms by the pool Kitchen staff should ask about the how the eggs should be done before serving

Very convenient in terms of nearness to the airport, very near , not likely to experience delays due to traffic
