How can there be no normal tv channels available. Restaurant on first floor is heavily overpriced and food quality is sub standard.

The smoke alarm going off twice between 10pm and midnight which then woke my 3year old up...

The view from our room was breathtaking. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.. The buffet for breakfast had a good selection of different foods..

Breakfast on a whole was average. Food overly oily and too sweet.

Location and cleanliness of the rooms. Om average staff was friendly and helpful. The filled pancakes at breakfast were really good.

The wifi didnt work, and the tv didnt work. The roomservice prices was overrated.

Breakfast in the restaurant. The buffet is really sub standard. It consists of bacon,pork sausages, meat in a sweet sauce and eggs. Then a choice of breakfast cereals. There was no sign of Yoghurts/Cold meats/Cheeses or any cut fruits. We invited our family members, and we were 9 people. One lady served us, and the breakfasts came in drips and drabs to our table, resulting in everyone ending up with cold food. My daughter in law was eventually promised that her bacon and eggs will be ready in 2 minutes...so we eventually started eating as by now the slices of toast was so dried out that you could not really cut it with the knives that was offered on the table. We were all nearly finished when her breakfast came. As we live very close to the hotel, we sometimes walk along the beach on a Sunday morning, and then we pop into the Beach bar . We then order Tapas, and that was always excellent, and even comes from the same kitchen. But there we never had such an experience. I feel that management should really look into getting more speed or staff for the restaurant, and have somebody in charge to go around the tables and check with the guests whether everything is going well.

Accommodation was excellent, lovely view, Clean facilities, nice furnishings. Originally, i booked for 14/15, and made payment online. Then i realised that it was to be 15/16. We discussed this with the hotel staff directly, and they were kind enough to change it. When my bride to be arrived at the hotel on the 15 th, they made her pay for the room again, and she did not know that i had paid it already. So when we arrived there for sleepover, i queried the front manager, and he said that he picked up both payments, and someone made a mistake when she arrived there for her dress up. The next morning they gave us a claims form, and once completed, we were told that it would take 7 days or longer for a refund.

When you put the do not disturb sign out, the cleaners got reception to phone you? When you put no sign out, they knock. The side dishes of the breakfast were mostly only Luke warm. Cold breakfast was always good!

The rooms are great, 909 was the best room we stayed in!

The safe was not working, a chair on the balcony was broken, the fridge didn't work correctly, and it leaked water onto the floor. All were reported to reception, but I didn't see anything being done about it. Hopefully, it was fixed after we left.

The rooms were very clean and neat, and the view from the balcony was stunning. Staff were friendly and very polite.

We joined the Restaurant on the Friday night, we both felt that the Menu was not very interesting & almost had a "Canteen" feeling from the variety. The food was very bland as well.

The room & the view was superb. The breakfast had a good variety however the dishes in the closhe's was cold as was the toast. The staff however we're fantastic.

Breakfast was excellent. Unfortunately water park was closed even though they had said it would be open. It was one of the main reasons we stayed there so that was disappointing.

The tiles on the floors were very dirty. They need a deep clean. Also Jewel of India,the food that they provide is not worth the money that you are paying.To me it was like a rip-off. Staff also is not friendly at all.

Breakfast was good,although some of the food were finished ŵhen we got there,and I did not see that they refill it.Some of it you could also.see was not fresh. We were making use of the restaurant, and the cockroaches was also very visible. We went there for only that onè night for supper,and never returned, because thè cockrouches was a big turn off. Our waiter that was allocated to us,seem like he had communication problems,and we had to wait a long time for him to assist in order to pay.The waitresses were not very helpful at all,except for one.What I also noticed is that Nowhere the Hotel manager were visible. My first experience of something like that.

The only downer was that the desk and chair in the room was not conducive or ergonomically suitable to do work while attending all day virtual meeting in my room.

The view was exceptional, and breakfast provided so many selections. The staff was so helpful and friendly and assisted in any way they could.

The Check-in time took too long and although I booked two rooms for 2 adults and 4 children in the the front desk checked me in initially into different floors then the rooms were fare from each other
