Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Excellent location for a one night stay for early or late flights. The hotel is comfortable and has its own restaurant where you can enjoy meals. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and it has a nice bathroom. The hotel is connected to the airport, so you don't need shuttle buses and you don't have to exit the airport building at all.

The staff were lovely and went out of their way to help with leaving a bag and offering a late check-out on our return stay. The buffet was very good and we would stay here again.

NetherlandsWe got the wrong room (not a twin room as booked) and had to go back to the reception with our luggage where it took at least 10-15 minutes to get it fixed. The rooms are not very big when travelling with 2 suitcases, when you want to open your suitcase it's only possible laying it on the bed.. The restaurant charges one fixed price for breakfast buffet which is quite high when you just want to eat some toast, serials or fruit. It's a bit pricy compared to lodges in the Kempton area but I guess that's because of the great location and not really having to leave the airport.
The hotel is so conveniently located at the airport, it's so relaxed to walk in straight from Arrivals when arriving by plane and not having to collect a rental car late in the afternoon and drive to another lodge in the dark ! The beds are real comfortable and the dinner and breakfasts in the restaurant are very nice.

LesothoI didn't like the way the guy at the reception treated me when I returned the card key which couldn't open the door. He said it was still activated, it could be that I didn't insert it properly. So he gave it back to me and said his colleague should accompany me and see if I know how to insert it correctly. We got to the room and I correctly inserted the card key, the door still couldn't open. I had to wait at the door while the guy went back to the reception to get the key activated. I found it very pathetic, for lack of a better word that the guy believed or thought I didn't know how to operate the card key.
I didn't take breakfast so i can't comment about it. Location is superb as I don't have to get out of the airport building, so conveniently for those who arrive late and depart early like it was my case
