Firstly I was told on the day to Pay a R200 fee (that will be refunded back if there were no damages done, after I leave) to get the keys, I would suggest it's best to tell people on the day they booked, to come prepared, not on the day they arrive. "I'm extremely disappointed with my stay at the apartment I booked. The actual interior looked nothing like the pictures they showed, and the amount I paid certainly did not reflect the apartment's actual worth. This feels like a total scam." Plus i still had to run after them to bring someone to clean up the apartment, which it should be something that one doesn't have to remind them.

Shower is broken, heater is not working hence it's cold the blankets is those small from pep same as prison blankets. Cupboard need to be fixed. They didn't clean my room hence I paid twice.

Bad customer service, no host and bad admin to assist us. We booked a one bedroom but we were given a bachelor. Shower door broken and cupboards broken, windows couldn't close, couch was bad.

There were small cocker roaches firstly, the wifi didnt work for the entire 2 days I was there the tv didn’t work and also no one from the property could give us good feedback with regards to the wifi and tv not working, in fact it was actually one of the worst places I’ve booked let me tell you that

There were cockroaches the place was dirty! we have requested a refund as we immediately left the premises as it was very hard for us to sleep in an infested area

When arrived at the apartment it was still very much dirty the cleaning was busy we at to wait an hour before we could be ourselves and relax the bedding was very uncomfortable my neck is still sore I could sleep at all the location were the hotel in very dangerous area. Alot of guy's hang there around and even if u have all that cemera there we are sorry to say but ur service is very bad

The service was extremely bad I waited for hours to get into the apartment because I didn't have a tag to go through the security doors from the lift to the apartment. I called the responsible person several times with no help instead the guy was very rude dropping my calls and eventually not picking my calls at all.

The only thing I didn't like was that there where no back up lights or battery operated lights for load shedding.

This apartment was well equipped with all the basics you could need on your trip! It had more than what was advertised and the check in experience was effortless! And value for money was definitely the case here!

I wouldn't even stay here again if I got paid to do it. It all started with the host not sending me the check-in informations on time. After that I didn't get the tag which should come with the key and is necessary to open the doors on each floor and the main entrance. Next up the wifi didn't work and the room was really dirty and smelled like mold and rotten drainage. Definitely the worst experience I had in any stay in the last ten years

The doors of the shower and wardrobes were off the hinges and standing loose . The air vent In the bathroom was constantly blowing filth and bacteria into the shower and was a health hazard . Cockroaches in the bathroom.

Self check in was easy after contacting agency and sending photo of my passport I got a locker code . their office closes at 11.30pm so booking isn’t possible after then

Their rooms are not clean, the WiFi is not working, no extra blankets in this winter, the WiFi is not working, booking and getting into the place is the most horrible experience a client can go through, the reception is of no use they can’t help you with anything
