There was no internet in the room, i asked for assistance 3 times, already booked out and still no response, had to use over R700 of own data!

The view at Room I had wasn’t good a dry empty building, the blanket had a big whole in it and the doors of the cupboards was loose and broken. The water was cold the Saturday night until 23:59.

Was plain and simple, WiFi is great. Close to other facilities Lovely roof top pool and the gym. Love the view from top.

The fact that we had to wait for almost an hour at reception. The bed was not to comfortable as well and the fact that we are still awaiting our deposit/refund for over a week .

Firstly to get hold of the owner to get access to the apartment was terrible The fan didn’t work Kitchen cupboards falling apart Toilet roll holder kept falling out Shower head in an uncomfortable spot, wasn’t able to shower comfortably Very noisy from other people in the building, can hear doors slamming etc

no appliances, poorly furnished, the apartment looked empty, really old fridge that looks unhygienic to put food in, cleaner looked intimidating and made me feel uncomfortable. The building felt unwelcoming, felt like walking through a scrary movie scene or a deserted dom.

Only thanks to the security staff that made me aware that the check inn process takes long and to make contact with the host. Secondly the bed sheets had blood spots on it and I reached out to the host immediately with photo proof and still no reply back. Nor have I received my deposit back and the place was left as received

THE ROOM WAS SOOOO COLD AT NIGHT AND THE AIRCON WAS NOT WORKING AND THE WIFE TOO. I TRIED TO TELL MANAGEMENT BUT NOTHING WAS DONE SOOO COLD.

The whole apartment in general, it was waste of money. That place has cockroaches everywhere specially in the fridge, it was not very clean upon arrival, the water pressure for the shower is very poor, they left us 2 towels for 7 days, 1 bad quality toilet rolls, the floor stank of cigarettes, there was no enough electricity, the cupboards handles were not well fixed, balcony door does not open properly, the curtains are dirty, that cough is uncomfortable, the pillow and bed are not in good conditions, that fridge is dirty and smell bad inside, bathroom walls and broken door handles making it hard to wipe the floor. I was so disappointed because I did not get what I was expecting, their housekeeper the day I was checking out was even rude to us as if we were stealing something, my advise is they must remove their apartment from this website and do proper maintenance. 🤦🏾‍♂️

The hygiene in room 1002 was bad,to writings on bathroom walls and broken door handles on kitchen cupboards Floor is cracked near the sliding door Shower door was broken an with each shower the floor was wet and mop was broken making it hard to wipe the floor The couch is super uncomfortable The freezer looked terrible with tons of dirty frozen ice couldn’t put food in it

I liked the pool,how free you can go about your business and the fact that they had wifi and a tv How friendly all the security guards were Functioning microwave The bed was okay

When we got there there were crumbs in the bed and the was layer of dirt under the bed They left us 2 towels for 3 days and only 2 bad quality toilet rolls and the floor stank of sigaret smoke

The place has cockroaches that is visible, it was not very clean apon arrival, the pan was still greasy in the cupboard... The water pressure for the shower is very poor and the water temperature was not as hot as I would have liked it to be, I showered on its hottest. There is a smart TV that has no satellite connection and the WiFi does not work at all and when trying to contact the person to ask for assistance in this regard, there was no response at all! So the TV is useless you cannot use it unless you have data on your phone to hot spot. There are photos of a washing machine online when booking the apartment but there is no washing machine and the only photo that looks like the apartment is the photo of the art work that hangs above the bed! So in short I definitely did not get what I was paying for! And I am extremely disappointed
