We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

South AfricaRoom service was a downfall for me, the first two days it went very well but started to drop in standard. Wifi is one of the downfall for this beautiful place as we loose connections and rely on wifi when we make a booking. Unfortunately in the villas the coverage is bad but when seated in the restaurant it works well.
I must say their restaurant is one of the best I have even eaten at. The food is out of this world, we tried all the dishes and we were impressed all the time. Wether you are a vegetarian, vegan or meat lover they are catered. Big ups to the chef indeed, loved their sushi so much best I have tried. We did sightseeing during the day and made sure to always come back for dinner. The waiters were always friendly and there to assist you. Thank you Bianca for welcoming us from the first day and being very accommodating until the last day. The villas are homely and the view to the sea was the highlight for us. The place is quite and peaceful, Its definitely on our list to bring the kids and family next time.

This is a fantastic setting on the beachfront with stunning views. The modern rooms are very well appointed. The restaurant is a very good option if you do not want to self cater.

The hotel suite was above my expectations in terms of view. We did however rearrange some chairs in order to sit with a glass of wine and capture the spectacular sunsets The suite was otherwise really spacious and quiet . The bathroom was also quite luxurious.. The hotel restaurant has the most amazing sushi chef and it has wood burners for when it’s cool. I was also very impressed with the hotel’s sustainability as there were enough solar panels to easily satisfy most of the hotels energy needs.

We rented two units for the family. The one had a gorgeous sea view, the other just a very limited sea view. The location is really very good and the units well equipped. The service from all staff was friendly and efficient. We enjoyed our stay very much.

South AfricaThere was a lack of activities for children. A little jungle gym or play area would help a lot. The resort cant rely solely on the beach being available for children. The WiFi was also very poor in our room and most of the time we couldn’t connect.

From the moment I arrived (Lungi at the front desk) , the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The room was beautifully designed, offering comfort and luxury with breathtaking views. Every detail, from the cleanliness to the amenities, was thoughtfully taken care of. The food at the restaurant was exceptional, and the service was impeccable. My entire stay was an absolute joy, and I look forward to returning soon. A true 5-star experience!
