You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

South AfricaEverything was amazing. The rooms are beautiful clean and had lovely amenities. The location was close to great restaurants and there a a lot of fun things to do in the area. The hosts Margi and Phil were so kind and helpful and really made us feel welcome. Breakfast was incredibly delicious and a wonderful start to the day sipping great coffee and looking over the peaceful and lush garden.

South AfricaThe king beds is a combination of 2 single beds and it can be annoying. It get’s irritating when sleeping in the middle of the bed and you’re sleeping on the gap. I’d suggest they get one proper king size.

South AfricaThe breakfast wasn't good, the tv situation wasn't good... Wifi basically doesn’t work. Hated their entrance/ drive in situation. Our room had a horribly musty smell. Probably because of the humidity from the air conditioning meeting the old wood and cardboards in the room. I'm being over-critical here but perhaps if the place was relatively cheaper I wouldn’t have been this noticed or minded.
I loved the quality of their Linen is what i remember... And the lush trees surrounding the area, very good size and bathroom space was very generous with the couple sinks etc

The place is located too close to a township with taverns that play music that is very noisy the whole night. The owners cook breakfast themselves with little variety. This is the breakfast l make in my own house.

South AfricaThe two owners. Basically came to our room in the morning to scream at us for not telling them that we are going on a safari that morning. Not sure why the safari tour people rang the bell at the gate instead of calling me when they arrived. But the owners were super upset about being woken up. First, the wife came to the room to give us lip.. I ignored most of it cos I didn't wanna ruin day one of my trip, then as we exited, the husband came to give us his side of the rude speech. Was so frustrated and appalled. Walked away. But their service was horrible. They are a rude pair. Wouldn't recommend their place to anyone.

MoroccoWe stayed in this room for 2 days and one of them found the room leaking rain, which should be the reason for the rain. We had to pick up our bathrobes and cover our mosquito nets to sleep. It gave us a very bad experience.
