We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

South AfricaThe pillows - a little flat for my personal liking. Really can't fault them on this as there were 5 available so I managed to "build" a suitable pillow!
Room was large with all required facilities. TV, air-conditioner, bar fridge, counter-top for use as a desk. Room was very clean, great attention to detail, all facilities in good working order. Breakfast - a very generous helping, tasty and well prepared.

South AfricaI booked an "Executive Suite", expecting a nice room. Check-in was a mess. My payment didn't reflect. They allocated a wrong room at first, then sent us to the "Honeymoon Suite". It was a shock. First impression was that the room was not prepared for guests. Carpet was badly stained. Drawers were full of old decor/artificial flowers/very old magazines. Swimming pool wasn't clean. There were signs up indicating that they are busy renovating; it didn.'t look like it. Overall a disappointing experience.
