Our cabin wasn't properly serviced before we checked in: • No bath mat / foot mat for shower • No dishwashing liquid (we requested) • No stove top kettle (we requested) • Dirty pillow case found between pillows on couch • Holes in both beds' duvet covers • Very stained dish cloth • No note with WiFi password in tent (we inquired for the password) • Would recommend you make a note about the drinking water situation prior to arrival so that guests can stock up where they prefer. • Also suggest that you have the actual dispenser (to spray for flies) in the tent. There were so many flies, and only a dispenser refill in the cupboard, but no actual dispenser.

Looks like a lovely place for summer with the pools (minus the flies). We enjoyed the hot tub and we like the layout of the AfriCamp tents. Nice deck and fireplace too. Lovely green, lush lawns.

The hot tubs need wood to get it fired up at first and guests can do the follow up to keeping it going! The kids pool was not functional for the younger kids!

Comfortable, well positioned. Clean and the staff were helpful and friendly! Elton John is an amazing manager and host and so accommodating! He is the oil that makes that those wheels turn well! Loved the experience!

Even though its winter my boys were looking forward to the pool slides... the pool was not clean. Only thing I could think of.

We loved the location, the tent, the hottub, the service, the rooms was super comfortable. Everything was pretty much perfect.

The fridge is a bit too small for a self catering accommodation.

Everything to keep the room warm and cosy was available. A fireplace inside the tent, an easily adjustable air-con, a gas stove, electric blankets etc. outside there’s a private braai area and a jacuzzi. Bonus points for the room service that delivers charcoal and snacks in less than 60 seconds!!!

There were way too many flies. So much so that we cut our trip short.

The kids had a great time, were able to explore independently. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The location is stunning. Big green area, nice and quiet. Amazing views over the mountains. The outside hot tub is very nice.

Our fridge hadn’t been cleaned and smelt really bad. Think someone left fish bait in there as it smelt of off fish.

Loved the great setting and awesome hot tubs. Wonderful family spot. Loved the privacy of each tent.

Cafe at the pool was closed during the weekdays. Very few spots at the pool to sit in the shade, during the day the area around the pool was too hot and hard to find shade.

Location was beautiful and nice facilities for children.

Bar area only opens on weekends. On the days that we were there the restaurant didn't have cheese so didn't serve food for 2 days. The town is a bit of a drive away so carry all the food you need. There is a fully functional gas stove and fridge as well as the braai

Ordered late breakfast basket, when we inquired about the price staff said they not sure but will let me . Was not done and then billed excessive amount. If I knew this before hand I would not of ordered.
