We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

ThailandThe room was a little bit dark and the room that we booked fits 3 pers with a seperate room it was quite okay even though we add an extra bed and the bad thing is that the aircon is blowing just over your head it's situated in the wrong direction but all in all it was good.
The staffs were very friendly and helpful and the hotel is situated just 200 M from hoan kiem lake where it takes just minutes to walk around the old quarter and a lot of Walking Street around the hotel a very good location

VietnamSince the business schedules of my colleague have changed, I was contacted by Booking.com to ask for a changed date of check-out (one day earlier compared to the original schedules), and at the same time, my colleague also asked the hotel's reception for that change, if possible. But what we got was not what we expected! Booking.com advised me to contact the hotel directly; on the other hand, the hotel staff told my colleague to check with Booking.com about the issue. Then, finally, my colleague checked out early with the full payment for all days without assistance from both sides for the question had been sent!
The hotel is located in the center of Hanoi, so it's convenient for everyone to reach various places in the city.

PhilippinesBecause we were leaving at 5 a.m. we asked if we could have a packed breakfast/sandwich etc. to take with us to eat on the way to the airport or at the airport. Obviously nothing had been prepared so a couple of guys hurried to the kitchen and threw together a portable breakfast which was mostly a dreadful ham and cheese sandwich- awful stale sandwich bread, no butter or margarine and two slices each of processed cheese and sandwich ham- one of the worst sandwiches I have ever seen. What a pity in the land of the 'bahn mi' that this sandwich was the best Zephr Suites could produce for their guests. Surely other guests have asked for this service, which other hotels provide gladly for guests leaving before the breakfast service starts. Perhaps the management needs to take a hard look at this and try to improve it. The sandwich could have been prepared the night before so there was no need for running around at 4.50 a.m. Also, we asked for a wake-up call at 4 a.m. and we got it at 4.45- they guy at the desk had forgotten to make the call!
The room was very comfortable, great air-con, lovely large windows and views of the street and the lake from our Room 705. The writing desk was great with adequate outlets for all our devices. The bed and pillows were comfortable and we slept very well. The bathroom was excellent with a superb shower stall. The facilities at the hotel seemed to be good. The restaurant where we had breakfast was nicely decorated. The choice of food was very good and the wait staff friendly and efficient in clearing dishes. The breads were outstanding- the best baguette I have eaten in Asia. The front desk staff were very helpful, two of the ladies in particular whose names I never really got to know. The men were not quite so friendly or helpful- they need to learn to smile more and look like they are enjoying their job. The drivers we used were excellent, particularly the young man who did the runs to the airport with us. All in all, an excellent stay at Zephyr Suites.

VietnamThe light of room was a bit dark. The breakfast is just fine, I'd prefer to have more noodle soup (hu tieu/ banh canh/ bun bo hue/ bun nang...) not just "Pho" everyday.
The location is absolutely perfect for both solo traveler and business traveler. I'm impressed by their Indochina architecture, looked very old but cozy and modern as well. I'd recommend you can stay to easily walk around the pedestrian street and travel to others tourist attraction.

TaiwanThe lights did not work properly our first night and they did not fix the problem; additionally, while the staff was courteous, when you asked about local restaurants or attractions they had few recommendations and weren’t able to provide suggestions, nor did they offer help in making reservations.
The family suite was spacious and worked well for traveling families. The staff was polite, the location was good, and it felt safe.

IsraelWhen entering the room first time the air conditioning was not on, and there was certain lock-down smell in the room but disappeared as soon as the air started to circulate.
Very good location. I check-in about 3.00am and they were waiting for me were extreme helpful and attentive. Always two bottles of water in the room. Always some fruits in the room. Breakfast was very good. Personnel was very kind and helpful all the time.
