We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Absolutely life changing experience staying here. It had few, but incredibly varied, like minded individuals passing through. Decent facilities, even if the design is a bit odd at times. Water pressure in showers needs to be increased, but the owners said they were onto it. Nice ac in the rooms and an evaporative cooler for the common area. Wicked kitchen facilities.. but go support the locals ya stinge haha. Free bikes for a few hours and maaan what a city it is. Enjoy your stay

Fab new fitout. Great kitchen facilities. Staff were exemplary. The dormitory was out of action so got upgraded to a 2+1 room. Free bicycle hire. Free tea… definitely recommend

ThailandNo toilet paper in the bathroom. Personal light in the bunk didnt work. A bit far from the boat pier but you can take a cheap grab there.
I only stayed for 1 night, but I had a comfortable stay. The room has 2 bunks only, 4 people, so it's not crowded. Overall, great value!

Functional, quiet, spacious, comfortable clean hotel with two lovely, helpful young women at the reception. There is a large living room (you can comfortably work on the computer, play games, read books...), a balcony, a big kitchen with every equipment. The room was perfectly air-conditioned and the toilets were clean. They have bicycles for free (if use in the city - to 3 hours Or daily rent for all-day trips) You want to stay here for a long time. I highly recommend

The staff were so friendly and so helpful. They really went out of their way to help. We loved the private balcony in our room and also loved having access to the kitchen facilities , so that we could use the fridge and use the cooled water. We really enjoyed our stay here!
