hi, we had 2 rooms booked for two days in your hotel. while we were transferring from ba na hill to your hotel we used grab services. your bellboy took all our bags down from the car, all the bags were sent to our rooms. while my daughter was checking all the bags, one bag was left out, your hotel staff was very helpful to located the grab driver and ask him to return back the bag but in return the driver was asking us to pay for his transport. which we refuse to pay, but your hotel staff requested him to sent back. he then send my bag at the airport staff. we got our bag but all the chocolate were missing my daughter jeans jacket was wet, he has wash jacket but all the chocolates were miss. the grab driver was not honest at all, its a bad images for you country.i would like to wish to all your staffs Big Thank You and please keep up the good work.

i like all the staffs who were very very helpful and very profession in their job. well done to the management with good leadership.the bartender at the lobby, she was extremely good.

A very minor aggravation that could be overcome with patience was communication could sometimes be difficult. English wasn't good and it was hard to understand staff and have then understand us.

The buffet breakfast and dinner were fantastic. All the food was delicious. So many choices. Our villa was very spacious. The layout of each villa and surrounding garden gave us privacy when using the pool or sitting outside. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The shuttle service around the resort was great and we were never waiting long. The resort pool was big and the service around the pool was great. Always fresh towels available. Check-in, check-out and booking day trips and excursions was very easy. The gardens were beautiful and so well maintained. The beach was stunning.

Location is far from most activities. At least a 20-30 min drive. Buffet breakfast has a great spread but it’s crowded with many families!

This resort is really clean and the staffs are especially kind. Also, the water is clear so shower filter is useless in this resort.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom villa loved it but was disappointed with the villa having no utensils in the kitchen just 4 cups 4 glasses pretty poor not even a microwave apparently only there for show lol could do with a make over starting to look tired pool was great

The location meant we had to order Grabs to Hoi An which made it pricey. The shuttle was an option but you must book 4 hours in advance and we just weren’t prepared enough. However, we did enjoy supporting the Grab drivers as they really needed business so this turned out to be a great way to support local.

The breakfast was our favourite meal here. The staff were amazing in all areas: reception, pool bar, restaurants, room service. This is the best service we have ever received, and big smiles all around. The resort was very grand with clean buildings and beautiful features. It was well air conditioned at the perfect temperature, even in the lifts. VinWonders was also AMAZING, for the one ticket we got access to a theme park, water park and even had a zoo safari on boat. Thank you for looking after us!

A little far from Hoi An Old Town. 25 minute drive. The hotel lacked activities so there was very little to entertain the children other than a day at Vinwonders which was great. Golf was VERY expensive.

Beautiful hotel. Stunning grounds and beach location, huge pool, fantastic staff, extremely comfortable rooms. Vinwonders was a great day out with the kids.
