I booked this hotel because of the swimming pool. The pool, however, is used for some swimming lesson and is full with outside guests all the time. It might be helpful to introduce couple of lanes for the hotel guests and leave the rest of the swimming pool for the lessons. This way, hotel guests can also enjoy the swimming pool without continuously crashing into someone. If that is not possible, please do not advertise swimming pool as an extra benefit for the hotel guests.

There were no much options for the 'European' breakfast unfortunately.

Swimming pool is closed at 7pm, gym also. Machines in gym are dead. There is no a/c in gym and rooms are very small. Overal we can say there is NO gym. Breakfast finish at 9 am and they remove everything immediately. They dont replace food which is eaten from around 8:30. There is NOTHING for vegan except frech tomatoes.

Staff is very friendly, rooms are big and nice, decoration is beautiful. Restaurant bought especially for me soya milk for coffee as I'm vegan.

It is old establishment which shows everywhere. Surfaces and toilet areas are worn. Gym, which is an important factor for me is amongst worst I have seen. Photos displayed do not match reality at all. Gym facilities are situated in former hotel-rooms and do not have aircon nor fans,,,so unusable. Adjacent pool area is occupied by kids swimming lessons throughout entirety of a day,,,so practically unuseful for hotel visitors too. Glad I only booked for a couple of nights!

Staff is friendly and helpful. Lobby-bar is nice. Hotel is conveniantly located even for those preferring to roam around on foot.

Breakfast not very good, 4 out of 10. Question Why do you have tree on balcony? Blocks balcony ~ move them to end of balcony ! Also no chairs on balcony , why ? Don't understand that. A balcony is there to enjoy move the tree.!

Huge room. Nice and firm mattress. Arrived from a very long trip and crashed in the bed. Slept like a log. Very comfortable. Simple breakfast and an good wifi met my expectations.

Our room was very comfortable but our children’s rooms could have perhaps been a little cleaner.

The pool was great, up on the 6th Floor. Breakfast was nice - a good range of choices. Location was excellent - in the heart of District 3. Staff were friendly and helpful.

we do know HCMC is not a quiet little town but the street our room was facing is just too loud. still the location is great. the pool terrace on the rooftop is very nice but there is some kind of swimming school (or what we think it was) in the late afternoons so we found is pretty crowded. in fact we did not swim, just enjoyed the view - sharing one deck chair, all other chairs were occupied by mommies or bags. improvement is highly desirable here.

Staff can be more friendly. The receptionists at the front desk are good, but the restaurant servers are less friendly than those at other hotels (especially at breakfast).

The location is great. The room was a spacious, the facility is a slightly dated but the room size made up for it. Overall, it was a good place to stay.

They really should not call their gym a fitness center. The equipment is broken and or very very old.

Bed was incredibly uncomfortable - hard as a rock with a very thin mattress and loud bed slats underneath. Poor water pressure and shower only went lukewarm (no hot water at all). The pool was occupied by what looked like a swim school so we couldn’t use it. Thin walls - could hear the neighbouring rooms. Very small room which is fair for what you pay.

Great location - very close to markets and food areas. Staff were fairly friendly. Buffet breakfast was substantial but nothing spectacular. Fairly cheap. Late check out was great.
