We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe staff were lovely and had a lot of information and recommendations. However, we weren't very interested so it came across a bit pushy. I think they were well intentioned, though, and it wouldn't put me off coming to stay again.
The room was spacious and comfortable. We got very little road noise or noise from other guests. The swimming pool is nice and the location is ideal. Cleaners come every day when you are out. I liked the lighting in the room too. There were lots of different options which mare it a pleasant space to spend an evening

CanadaThe property was amazing. It’s owned by a sweet family. The husband speaks good English. He offered several time to take us to the tailor shop owned by his family. I would have if I had room in my luggage. The villa is a big Vietnamese style home which gave me the feeling of being back in HCMC with my family. AC and fan were good enough to keep you comfortable during the Hoi An heat. The bike rental was free and you can get anywhere in town in 30 minutes or less. He helped booked a bus from Hoi An to Phong Nha which was awesome. We had a pick up from the villa.

United KingdomJust a couple of small things. The fridge in the room was great, but when you leave the power turns off as you have to take the key. The shower wasn’t hot.
The pool was lovely and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. They cleaned the room daily and changed the towels everyday. The bed was so comfortable with a lovely duvet. The aircon was really strong and the WIFI was great. A great stay and brilliant value.

Lovely home stay! Bed was super comfy and we had so much room. A cute little balcony was also nice. The pool has some sun loungers so you could relax in the sun.

I loved this homestay! The family was very warm and accommodating. The host even went out of his way to take me back to a canal where I had lost my phone… WE FOUND IT. It was miraculous and I am forever grateful for their hospitality. Facilities are extremely clean as well. Definitely recommend! <3

The property is close to the Ancient Town (15 walk or 5 minute cycle on one of the complimentary bicycles). There were a lot of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The room was very comfortable and having a separate shower from the toilet was a nice change from other places to Vietnam. With the heatwave while we were there, the pool was a nice relief - it was always kept clean and towels were available each time you used the pool. The family that run the guest house are very friendly and go out of their way to make your stay comfortable
