It’s May not be a well know hotel, and it doesn’t have breakfast, but it has very large rooms, it is central in district 1 to Saigon Centre and all other places of interest. Owner and staff extremely are helpful and friendly and this alone makes the stay magnificent. Hotel and the room was always spotlessly clean. I would highly recommend this hotel for staying in Hồ Chí Minh and will stay here again on my next business trip.

Location: Despite being in the heart of the city, the apartment is very quiet as it is located on a wide frontage (car accessible). Most city attractions are within walking distance. Within 500 meters, there are plenty of shopping and dining options. Price: Compared to other apartments in the area, the rent is very affordable. The apartment is clean and fully equipped, featuring spacious rooms with a balcony, dining table, kitchen, and bathroom. Hosts: The hotel owners are very hospitable, cheerful, respectful, and courteous. Reception is available 24/7. Both receptionists, Nam and Quan, are polite, friendly, and always ready to assist guests. Nam is energetic and lively, while Quan is calm but equally enthusiastic. The cleaning lady is also cheerful and diligent in maintaining cleanliness. Best wishes for the hotel's success and hope to visit again.

This is the fourth time I have stayed here. Why? Centrally located. Large rooms. Clean from top to bottom. But above everything is the owner and his staff. They are all fantastic, helpful, resourceful. Respectful and more like family.

The receptionists & ownder are super nice and accommodation. Our first right had a but of a hiccup but that was about it as they moved up to another room. Please bring your own indoor slippers as slipper provided aren’t new & the floors are not clean daily. Washing is about 40k a kg which is excellent and the clothes comes back iron. Will stay again when we come to Vietnam!

Spent a few nights here and must saythat I have never seen a hotel that works so hard to make sure that you enjoy your stay. Kien who works at reception is such a nice guy who helped me out on several occasions, particularly when I lost my phone (my fault ) and he was able to get it back for me. The hotel itself is exceptionally clean and has the modern facilities one would expect. It may not be the Ritz but they more than make up for it with their dedication to their guests. Other hotels could learn from these guys. Highly recommended !!!!

Excellent location close to the Ben Thanh market and Ben Viu walking street, Le Pasteur street and it is more like living in amongst local life. Excellent welcoming helpful staff. Sophia in particular who is the manager is outstanding with her lighting follow up, responses to queries and wise reliable recommendations. She is always checking to ensure you are comfortable. It was very very very hot and the pool was heavenly to use and such a great view. Highly recommend!

The mattress was soft and has squeaking sound when movement. No daily house keeping. Washer without dryer. Common bathroom water overflow when shower.

It was advertised as two large double beds, however one was a very small round bed. A bit difficult to fit a 6 foot man, also a bit of a pain having to go to the ground floor to then get to the rooftop pool.

Main benefits were the rooftop pool, location and having a washing machine! Would stay here again if we were to visit HCM city

I had a great stay at this hotel. It was a bit difficult to find because it's inside an alley. But this comes with advantages for those who want a quiet place away from traffic noise of the inner city. It's located within easy walking distance to Ben Thanh market as well as the old post office. There are restaurants all around. My room as large and comfortable with a kitchen. Good for those longer stays. The receptionist Moon is very friendly and helpful. Phong who made great area restaurant suggestions and made my stay even more special. I highly recommend this place for the value and services they provide.
