We had a bit of flooding in the bathroom as the water didn’t drain away very well, but this wouldn’t put us off staying again.

It had everything we needed for one night stay. The hosts were very accommodating and friendly, and couldn’t do enough for us.

The adjoining building handles fruits, and the area smells of fruits. I wish it were a spa or coffee shop. There is no breakfast in the hotel.

The positive aspect was the helpful attitude of the reception staff. We reached the place at 2 a.m, after a delayed flight, but the location put us off; we thought of looking for some other hotel. I visit Ho Chi Minh City several times a year, and I usually stay in this area since I'm familiar with it and love its central location. This was my first time at this hotel, and I can confidently say I'll be returning. The staff were fantastic—always ready to help and offer great advice. It made my stay even more enjoyable!

Noise was a slight issue but you are in a city centre so amount was as expected. No double glazing to reduce but not major issue. Places closer to nightlife are 10 times worse I would imagine Bed was rock hard! So if you want and need soft bed then you will be disappointed! Apartment getting a bit tired but fully functional. Cleaning was only available every 4 nights stay but towels could be refreshed when needed.

Good location to major sites within walking distance. Could do most museums and others sites within a day walking distance. I had a one bedroom apartment for 4 nights and was spacious enough. Had kitchen and essential items to make drinks and food if needed. I liked the washer/dryer so could do washing while there. Washing powder provided. Although local laundry is available everywhere and very cost effective! Bed linen and towels all provided and good quality. Although an apartment complex the security was always present on ground floor and kept a close eye on who was coming in. Dedicated lift/key access stopped anyone coming to your floor. There is a restaurant on ground floor for breakfast and dinner if needed but many local restaurants within a few mins walk.

This hotel rated 5 star but require credit card fee of 3% upon check in. if you want to pay cash later then you have to leave your passport with them until full settlement. Please consider this unexpected issue before you book this apartment

The rooms without a balcony have windows onto a wall, very little natural light came in. The beds unfortunately very hard. And the furniture a bit older but ok.

The staff were very friendly. Gave me some tips on where to go and what to do nearby. The room size was very good. The room with balcony was nice and bright and luckily I could change there. The hotel was located in a quiet side street which was very good. There were many shops and restaurants nearby.

When we arrived as it was after hours the security guard said he had to keep 1 passport until the morning when we paid, we weren’t happy to do this and when we translated he called and got another security guard to bring a eftpos machine which we where grateful for. The balcony door wouldn’t lock properly all the time even 8 floors up this made me uncomfortable.

The unit was very clean and was great to have washing machine with powder so we could do our own washing. The shower was great as we had good pressure and hot water facilities were good and location was great !! Staff were helpful. Full fridge and there was a great pizza place across the road which suited us as our first night we got in late.

Lizard in kitchen, mould on fridge, shower over bath didn't drain properly (drained onto the floor as bath moves) but I paid $280 au for 7 nights so priced for what I got.

I really like the quiet here, the staff are very enthusiastic and friendly, there is a kitchen and full utensils so I can cook, making me feel like I'm at home.

The initial night entering, the smell of lemongrass was a bit too strong for me (not bad but just took some time to get used to!!). The bathroom could be a bit cleaner (a little mold on the shower curtains) but otherwise no issues at all!

Amazing location and really wonderful, attentive staff. The people working at reception are always friendly and smiley, makes staying here feel safe and like home. The room was spacious, comfortable bed and the addition of the kitchen, dining table and sofa was great to make a 5 night stay comfortable! For the girlies: the parallel street right behind this one has amazing vietnamese clothing boutiques and a really tasty com tam restaurant

It's one of those locations that closes a security door at night. The staff member is there to let you in, but it's a bit uncomfortable to wake them up after a night out to get inside.

It's in a great location with very easy access to the center of the city. Since it is located in a side alley, it's also quiet. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean and confortable.

Large rooms beds not super soft not super hard either, Clean, super friendly staff. 10 min to market and large shopping centre, can walk to a few sightseeing photo points if your up for an adventure, bakery around corner if your looking for a westerners breakfast, other wise hotel has a Vietnamese breakfast 2 min around corner at restaurant. Love the whiskey.

Nice studios with kitchen and tools for cooking. Quiet location because no noises in the night. Small shop all around, coffee shop just 50 meters. Very close, about 1km, there is Saigon shopping mall where is possible find west food

Bit disappointed they advertised a bar and restaurant upstairs above the pool which we were looking forward to but looks derilect like it hasnt been opérational for some time. The only inconvénience which was not clear when booking the apartment, was the bathroom with the shower was an ensuite in one of the bedrooms which was inconvénient for the other couple staying with us.

The apartment looked like it did in the pictures, it was clean and modern and in a good location with Coffee shops, pharmacy, shopping céntre and the markets close by and we had use of the pool. Very happy. Host Tracy was readily available to respond to my requests. All in all we had a lovely stay and we would recommend and definitely revisit.
