Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We arrived before check in time and were found a bigger room so we could check in sooner. That was greatly appreciated after a long journey. Breakfast was amazing with so much choice and staff coming around to check everything was fine.

Vietnami’m struggling to think or things wrong but with this hotel…. but i can’t maybe the remote was somewhat unresponesive at times…. but it’s okay.
I couldn’t really fault this hotel. The staff were lovely. The room was wonderful. The bathrooms were decent size and the showers were a pleasure. The beds were comfortable and the livings areas were spacious and functional. Overall, if i ever go back to Ho Chi Minh city. I’d probably stay here again.

VietnamThe hotel itself is beautiful. I got a room upgrade which I really appreciated. There were a couple of things missing in the room, but as soon as you call the reception they solve it in a couple of minutes. Staff at the reception was so helpful. They kindly helped me to book a bus ticket, get a taxi and find a place to get banh mi. Thank you very much.

MalaysiaThe bed is hard and the bathroom smells bad, we called the hotel staff to fix it and it was OK later on. Bare in mind, HCM is a vibrant city, you can hear motorbikes honk day and night in the hotel room.
I like the room is spacious and the location is very very strategic to the main attractions in HCM!
