It was annoyingly noisy past midnight when we were about to sleep after enduring the noisy karaoke upstairs. There were disturbing noises like pulling chairs and tables and banging kitchen wares! I went up to check and found out that it was the stuff at the resto just above us. Very inconsiderate and st*pid to do that past midnight especially when most guests are exhausted! Glad they stopped when I told them to. Shower only has searing hot water that you couldn’t adjust it to cold, they replaced our room but it was the same! Broken!

Clean and cozy. Receptionist was welcoming and considerate. Since we arrived late and exhausted, she made us settle the payment in the morning.

They had karaoke on until late which was very loud with some not so good singers. We also had a door that led to air con units which got very loud. Our room has no windows either

I was on the 6th floor and there is karaoke on the 3rd floor, and I heard everything. It went on until quite late and the hotel was filled with a few drunk people wondering the corridors, which made it a little uncomfortable. I also got off on the wrong floor one time and saw men smoking in the corridor. The noise and music is not ideal for a hotel people likely book after or before a flight. I also opened the drawers next to the bed and found a few condoms, which made me concerned about the sort of place I booked…

The bedroom was very nice with the wooden decor. Had no complaints about the actual room especially as the property was so close to the airport. The staff was also really lovely and helpful, as I was checking out the lady at reception actually offered to pay for my taxi to the hotel, which was so nice of her.

The location was in the area just for a stay and not in the touristic area.

The hotel people were all kind and nice. I stayed there on transit to rest and wait for the next plane. I checked in early in the morning and checked out late at night on the same day. The amount of time I was there was for one day, but that actually sptead across two days. But the hotel charged for only one day. Honesty of the people there was so nice.

Wooden rooms are beautiful but no proper proper window which is common for this area of the word. Room was equipped with snacks and slippers and a robe, perfect for an airport stopover. Location is nice and close to the airport. Quiet area but I arrived at night so its hard to say what it is like in the day. The staff are very friendly. Offered a shuttle to and from the airport at a cost but it was very reliable.

Breakfast was included in our rate but none provided. Located beside a karaoke bar which kept things pumping until midnight!

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. We used a translation app to communicate which worked well. Very unique room was large and comfortable. Very close to the airport.

The white slippers in the room were used which we did not like at all. If you provide slippers, please provide new, clean ones. Breakfast was not very clear to us. We did not know that we had to inform the staff that we would have breakfast on the morning.

Since we had an early flight from Hanoi Airport, it was very handy to stay at this hotel. The hotel is just 5 minutes from the airport. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They upgraded one of the room to a bigger room. Thank you for that unexpected surprise.

The rooms are very noisy and everything smells like cigarettes. We didn’t know this was a smoking room. They have a karaoke bar inside the hotel which is pretty loud. We were lucky they didn’t party all night long. If you bring noise canceling headphones or earbuds you’ll be ok.

The beds are actually comfortable and the location is perfect if you want to stay close to the airport.

Very close to the airport, great if flight is early in the morning. Staff was helpful but they don’t really speak English. Breakfast was great, they brought it to the room and it was delicious.

Having karaoke in the same building than hotel is a controversial idea. I asked for the quiet room (6 floor) but still karaoke was audible. Thanks god it ended at 10.00 pm, and thanks to the room at 6th flor it wasn’t a big problem, but in some other rooms might be different - just FYI

Very good contact and help from the hotel service. Staying just one night and leaving at 3.30 am was no problem, owners helped and payed for the airport transfer, helped very quickly with printing boarding passes. The room is very large, bed is very comfortable, overally very nice stay!

They are cash only. I had just arrived in Vietnam and had an overnight layover in Hanoi. They don't accept credit card (got the classic "our machine is broken" excuse) and there's not an ATM anywhere close to the hotel to withdraw cash to pay. Had to have someone from the hotel come in the cab with me to the airport so I could take out the money there. Was a minor inconvenience, but I mean c'mon - this is a hotel, not a mom-and-pop restaurant in rural Vietnam.

Hotel had a karaoke bar which was quite loud until early morning. Ear plugs were essential.

Hotel was very close to Noi Bai (Hanoi) airport and they got us there and back which was super helpful. Rooms were all wood but there were no windows. Owners were very accommodating and there were a few restaurants within walking distance. Good value and function for traveling/flying.

One of the too rooms didn't have any window. The other one was super noisy due to the traffic of the motorway nearby. I couldn't sleep well.

Hot, no windows, abrupt staff at check in., Bathroom was not particularly clean and air-conditioning by far the worst of anywhere we had stayed in 3 weeks. Karaoke, say no more!

It served it purpose as a hotel close to the airport and minimal transport time for an early flight. Grab in the morning 65000 via the app to the airport.

Late night loud karaoke booming through rooms, I was so exhausted the next day. Quite upsetting. I struggled a bit in the restaurant with food/drinks.

The rooms are beautiful. Aircon is great.
