The rooms were lovely but oh my goodness, only a thin blind between the toilet and the bedroom meant one of us would sit on the balcony to ensure privacy to the other. We don't understand this new trend of having the bathroom virtually in the bedroom with no dividing wall or thick partition

The view from our Ocean View Room on the 6th floor was incredible. The staff were wonderful, too. Breakfast was busy but there was a huge range of food available

There are a few issues that I have experienced, the telephone, balance not working. The drain got blocked in the bathroom on the first day. The door lock ran out of battery which I can not scan the card to open the door. I got locked out for 15 minutes.

The beach is right at the back of the hotel and there are beach towels free to use. The bar is at the pool, so you can order food and drink at anytime.

Amazing! The pool had a great view. It was big enough to swim properly. The private beach was very nice, and there were lots of fish. The location was super good. It was about 4 minutes to temples and night markets. I would come again. Staffs were friendly and nice. Breakfast had good selections too.

I liked everything about this hotel especially the staff who always greet you with a smile and very helpfull especially the manageress who went out of her way to organise our flight when we had problems with our airline.

Great location- in the city center, a few minutes from Night market, but on a quiet street. The hotel area and the rooms are clean and maintained. Very spacious room, comfortable beds. The breakfast is very good. We had a wonderful time.

More western food, fresh milk in room fridges

Absolutely lovely resort. The staff were amazing and the facilities are fabulous Just a couple of suggestions- more western food available, fans in the rooms ( sometimes at night just a fan circulating air is all that’s required. Fresh milk not powdered in the rooms and we found it very frustrating that people would put a hat or a swim towel on the pool chairs to “reserve” them and then they would disappear for hours. Perhaps a time limit on vacant chairs? I had an incident where I’d miscalculated some of my prescription medication . I spoke to Haiah one of the amazing staff there and she organised it through a chemist about 30 mins away and organised a driver to pick it up for me. She well and truly went above and beyond what was required.i would have been in a lot of trouble without the medication . Excellent resort . I highly recommend

The toilet and shower doors are see through and not in a separate room. This made it a little awkward for me and my friend to get any privacy. I'm not a prude but hearing and slightly seeing someone use the toilet isn't my cuppa tea. There was also rubbish on the beach and in the ocean which wasn't particularly nice to see.

The pool is along the side of the restaurant. Not very comfortable to look at people swimming when having your meal and vice versa.

Lovely staff who were attentive and polite. Room service options were vast and very good. Breakfast had a great selection. Absolutely amazing swimming pool which even when busy you didn’t notice because it was so big! Conveniently close to the night market but not too much of a touristy area. Incredible view of the ocean from the balcony.

I liked everything about this hotel. It's the best value for our money. We had an ocean view room with a spacious balcony! The service was superb! Everything was done with a smile. The location was perfect . It was a quick walk to the night market. And lots of restaurants and coffee shops close by. It exceeded our expectations! We will definitely be back!!

Apart from the food market, not much outside of the hotel, it looked like many of the hotel guests took day trips.

A great place to finish off our time in Vietnam. Rooms were spacious, generous balcony with amazing view. The pool and waiting staff were always happy, and looking to help you when they can. The breakfast had plenty of options for the variety of guest who stayed , the cocktails at the pool were tasty and had shots flavours you could taste. Not watery and sweet. The food was all hot and came out of the kitchen quickly. The pool was busy, however it is big so your didn't feel crowded. The food market 10 mins walk away , well worth a visit, plenty of fresh food cooked well.
