Shower head height was designed for short people. My husband had to hold it above his head or sit in the bath. Not a major issue though.

Great location, just a short walk to walking street and river. Staff were great and helped organize a driver and car to get us to Hue (with a couple of sightseeing stops included). The room was lovely, with a very comfortable bed with a down duvet and pillows. The swimming pool was good and cooler during the afternoon because the sun was off it, which was very welcoming. Air conditioner and fan made the room nice and cool. We came when the outside temperature was 38 and very humid.

The hotel was in a great spot, you can walk to everything or hire bikes just from next door. The staff go above and beyond. Kelly was amazing and so friendly. If we ever go back to Hoi An, would definitely stay again.

Difficult to lock the door, just need to give yourself five minutes to master it before leaving. Would benefit in having another sun lounger or two by the pool.

Loved the traditional style, friendly helpful staff who speak good English, comfortable bedroom space and bed, clean bathroom, hot shower, very effective aircon and fan, double glazed windows and great perfect location for restaurants and local shops, on edge of ancient city, with a swimming pool.

Close to Old Town. Staff very friendly and helpful. Nice cool pool in a courtyard surrounded by rooms. Breakfast was good and the pancakes were amazing. Bed and pillows are soft.

The motel was close to everything, lots of great restaurants within minutes. The Old Hoi An city was just across the street too. Clean, comfortable, and great air-conditioning, which is really appreciated on a 40-degree day.

I was upgraded to a bigger room in 4th floor and the Hotel don't have a lift. But its ok not too bad.

Great value for many. The staff is very kind and attentive. They helped us plan our sightseeing stops and even got us a car from Hoi An to Hué in less than 1 hour with a driver that stayed with us for 2 whole days and drove us at the airport. I can say the service is excepcional.

The staff at Thanh Van 1 Hotel could not do enough for us. The hotel is perfectly located. Lovely clean rooms, Great breakfast included in the rate which is very reasonably priced.

We loved this hotel! We spent two nights in Hoi An and the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, and gave us lots of help with planning our trip, organising tours of Monkey Mountain/Marble Mountains, and booking taxis. Rooms were clean and comfortable, hotel pool was lovely!

I love this hotel and come back whenever I can. The location is excellent. The rooms are simple but very pleasant. The staff delightful and most helpful, especially Ms Kelly and her colleague. Now that they are serving breakfast again, I have nothing to put in the next section - except maybe they should buy more croissants for people like me who get up late!
