Needs a bit of an update and some maintenance work. A bit of music from the bar in the pool area would be a great addition.

Location was great. Easy walk to the shops and night market. Staff were great and very helpful. Big room with massive bathroom and large balcony overlooking the pool and river.

Parking was a challenge, even for a scooter. When we got back after dinner the entrance to the hotel was blocked by vehicles. Luckily the staff were amazing and arranged for our scooter to be parked elsewhere securely.

It has a very grand feeling to the hotel. Lovely architecture and fittings. Close to the Old Town plus if you walk into the streets behind the hotel there are plenty of smaller shops and businesses. Loved being next to the canal. Breakfast was very nice.

Can’t say I didn’t like anything apart from not staying longer than 3 days.

Great location, great pool, great staff, great buffet breakfast would recommend a stay here. Rooms are huge.

Noticeable lack of hooks in the room to hang things on. Plenty of space to put a few in.. Only two coathangers in the wardrobe. Safe box. Old fashioned as it required you to use a key and then take the key with you instead of just using a coded number.

We had 5 relaxing nights here and would recommend it to others. We found Delightful kind staff who were very helpful Large swimming pool where we swam every day. Lovely spacious room with a balcony. Great location. Only minutes walk to the old town. Very good breakfast Could hire pushbikes from the hotel.

Facility was a bit old, shower was cold. Can be a bit noisy in the early mornings.

Location is great, easy walk to the ancient Hoi A town. Hotel looks cute from the outside.

WIFI at first however staff rectified this promptly. (Just needed to plug in WIFI extender properly)

Location to old town was excellent. Pool was excellent and staff very obliging. Reception offered good currency exchange rate.

Furnitures are little dated. But, no compromise with comfort due to that.

Lavish breakfast. Huge, clean, comfortable rooms. Housekeeping was brilliant. 5 star location - walking distance to attractions and restaurants.

Unfortunately it was very hot 39-40 c and only the rooms were airconditioned . Breakfast was average at best and had unruly children running around.

The female staff in the front desk in the morning, she’s not approachable and not willing to help you. However the guy who checked us in are nice and is kind. The bathroom, it floods when you take a shower. Like really flood the whole bathroom. No enclosure shower enclosure. No proper planning of the design. Pls mind to lock your veranda all the time, the guest from other room can access you veranda easily.

The gym equipment was rusty and not really useable. The breakfast was not one of the best we have had this past few weeks.

The size of our room was good and having a couch to sit on was great. The pool was a great size.

Breakfast was disappointing-I had to complain in second day as there was little left by 8:30. However staff did improve on this the following day. Tiles in bathroom needed a good scrub and shower was impractical. Sun loungers has seen better days and needed seat pads.

Staff were lovely! Great pool and huge room! Fantastic location-close to old town and quiet.

Lots of little problems - 2 sinks with neither plug working and no hot water on one, electric socket that did not work, internet very poor and a shirt I sent to the laundry came back with stains on that had not been there before sending! These were all sorted quickly by the staff but should not really have had that many little things going wrong.

If I were to nick pick because it’s overall a great hotel at good value, the only thing was the WiFi was at times difficult to log into.

It’s the perfect location with a large swimming pool for the hot months. On the river but a few hundred yards away from all the bars and restaurants and about 1km away from the ancient Hoi A city! Bicycles are available to hire at 30,000 per bike and a great & easy way to explore the city and all it has to offer.
