Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Everything was great! Really liked this hotel; I was planning to stay two nights but ended up staying a week; staff is extremely welcoming and friendly. The rooftop bar and pools are great, room was spacious and lovely.

Couldn't have chosen a better hotel in the very heart of Ho Chi Minh. The ambiance and staff went above and beyond to make sure my comfort and premium service - starting from the welcome drink and daily chocolates with good night notes, finishing with friendliest staff opening doors even to taxis and helping out whenever they could. Felt like I was receiving a royal treatment. Great value for money, the room was tidy and clean, with iron and ironing board provided. Large bathtub, small fountain in the corridor, plants - beautiful Japanese aesthetic with modern and stylish rooms. Literally 7 minutes by foot away from tourist locations (e.g. Opera House), located on a very lively street with a ton of shops and food spots. Huge variety of delivery options, delivered ~15 minutes. Thank you for a lovely stay!

United KingdomThe roof pool had so much disinfectant in, that me and my mum realised our skin were actually pilling off so didn’t use anymore the pool. But beautiful to be there on top anyway to enjoy the sun. No lunch or dinner were served at all due some issues I think, but they were offering anyway an afternoon tea with some snacks that was actually so cute. One of the girl from the staff was a little rude, no smile and no hi to me at least. Don’t know the reason but I felt a little uncomfortable when I was see her around.
Beautiful position, close to everything, enjoyed the long walk and the night time all along. Always people around, beautiful location. Mostly all the staff were so friendly, room spectacular.

GermanyAgain, this is not because of the hotel, but seems to be the standard for smaller city hotels. The rooms are very limited in space and we were travelling with 2 big suitcases which made it a bit difficult. Also the bathroom is semi-private and unsual for Europeans. But once you get used to this standard in HCM, you cannot complain about the property.
Outstanding friendly staff, from check in to everybody on the floor. The best thing was the breakfast. The interior of the Restaurant is with a japanese theme and looked fantastic. The breakfast selection was outstanding. At the recepetion was a young gentleman who was extremely friendly and helpful. We enjoyed staying at this hotel and would recommend it.
