Everything really. From the breakfast (best omelette I’ve ever had) to the staff and the great location. A great variety of restaurants minutes away. Tram and Ahn on the front desk were fabulous as was Son in the bar. Couldn’t ask for better service.

From check-in through check-out, the staff was excellent! The room was very spacious and comfortable, the location was ideal for exploring Hue, the rooftop pool was a nice respite from hot days, and the breakfast was quite good.

We had to pay to hire a bike for 2 hours (charged half a day) - it wasn't much but every other place we have stayed in VN had them complimentary.

Location was great, within walking distance to the river and bridges to cross over to the Grand Palace etc. Around the corner from "walking street" with lots of bars, cafe's, restaurants, shops etc.

Great location, comfortable beds, great huge selection at breakfast and all the staff were amazing, so kind and helpful especially Chung who saved us a lot of hassle by booking our flights last minute after they were cancelled last minute on the day we were leaving. Thank you so much Chung, you deserve a promotion, we got to Haiphong!! 👍

The location was perfect. We could walk to many restaurants and it was only about a 15 minute walk to the citadel. The room was very clean and spacious. Breakfasts were delicious and we enjoyed some swims in the rooftop pool. The best part was the staff. They were all amazing. Very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend staying at the romance.

The staff were very welcoming, helpful and courteous. They can arrange seemingly everything with a local phone call, and our taxis to see sights out of the city were reliable and very reasonably priced. The rooftop pool is large and commands stunning views over the city. Our rooms were smart, quiet and cleaned to a very high standard. Breakfast was tasty and varied, with something to suit all tastes and we found ourselves devouring several courses! It also starts early, which enabled us to make the most of our day. The bar on the ground floor is very comfortable, with an amazing ceiling, which is an aquarium filled with koi! The food and drink prices are on a par with restaurants/bars in town and have the same wide variety and high quality as breakfast. The location is perfect, within a few minutes walk of all the city sights and about 15 mins to the river and 25 mins to the Citadel. Overall it was an extremely enjoyable stay in a great city location, made extra special by the very helpful and efficient staff and excellent facilities.

Amazing staff and a very warm welcome. Hotel is in a great area, the room is spacious and comfortable. And who does’t love a bath? Breakfast had many options and the food was good.

The shower was luke warm. Breakfast didn’t seem fresh if you arrived later.

The staff was very helpful. The room was very comfortable. The breakfast was good if you arrived early. A lot of tour groups stay here. The sushi place next door is amazing!

Rooms are basic even though pricey for Hue. Our room safe didn’t work and a treasured piece of jewelry disappeared from our room. Upsetting but our fault for leaving it in the bathroom; so just be aware of your of your valuables. Hotel is dated. Breakfast was pretty basic.

The view from the pool is cool so don’t miss it.
