The service is very good. My wife ordered a pineapple juice which did not taste fresh. The staff replaced it with another one without charge. This response is rarely seen in even 5 stars hotel in Vietnam. The breakfast choices are impressive. The room design is very nice and comfortable. Snack and drink are excellent

all drinks and snacks in the mini bar are complimentary, sublimed our living experience and feel very welcomed. Also the staff willingness and competant to help booking and communicating with reataurants outside hotel gave me very warm feeling and happiness. The bed facing a big balcony and the sea feel very comfortable

Hong KongNew. Great kids club and activities for kids. Nice gym and lots of classes / things to do during the day if you get bored sitting on the beach. Pho Quoc itself doesn’t have loads to do and the hotel only has a couple of restaurants (they do hold special themed evenings / we had omakase at their high end restaurant Oku) so my recommendation is for a stay of a week / this is the perfect amount of time there.
New, clean, we stayed in a two bedroom beach villa which was huge and had a lovely view of the ocean. Some of the terrace pool villas are just behind so given the difference in price and depending on size of your family I would be tempted with one of those too although you get a private butler with the beach villa who was excellent!

- Every meal was exquisite. Special shout out the Oku restaurant, we want back a 2nd time and had an excellent meal both times - Service was phenomenal. From the front desk, concierge, pool & restaurants , the staff were extremely attentive, helpful and very nice - Room & property were excellent. There was a lot of attention to detail and the property was very spacious and it made us feel like we had a lot of space to ourselves

Our favourite resort we have been to. The service, amenities and the room was very well thought out. The list of available amenities as well as things to borrow was endless. Communication via WhatsApp made everything very easy for whatever we needed. There was no shortage of pools and areas to relax. The buffet was incredible, had the best warm mini croissants! And I could eat the noodle soups everyday! We also went on the resort catamaran which was an amazing experience. The bed was extremely comfortable. The decor and bathroom was also perfect. We did not want to leave!

IrelandThe way the beds were reserved with towels each morning and no one sitting on them for hours. This should be more strict. Also the English of the staff I would have expected to be better in a 5 star resort, there were a lot of mix ups ordering.
Exceptional breakfast, the best I have ever had in any hotel. The rooms are really modern and comfortable as is the whole property. The rooftop pools were great and also the amenities. Management were very present and ensured we had a great stay.

Our room was amazing! Thien, Katrina, Long, and Sharks to name a few were all wonderful. The food was delicious! Everything was very high class. The property is covered with great greenery. This is a must if visiting Vietnam. We loved finding the hidden Bar Jade!
