The host and her family were very nice! I arrived at 4 am in the morning. She let me in and I was even allowed to use one of the beds to go to sleep! I didn't have to pay for the additional night. She had many good recommendations for food and stuff to do! There is also a pool, which was nice too! The scooters had a fair price and were in a good condition. Further it was possible to use the bicycles for free! It's not in the center of Hoi An. It's a 20 minute walk outside. I liked it since you have a quiet place to sleep. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Booked for 3 nights and ended up staying a whole week. Thao and her family are great hosts, who were always helpful and had great recommendations. We stayed in two different rooms since we extended our stay and both were very comfortable. The property is a wonderful little oasis, with its lush garden and a clean pool. It’s located outside of the main town, which was easily accessible by bike or scooter, as is the beach, and felt less hectic than being closer to the centre.

I had the most amazing stay with Thao's family. The dorm is really nice, the beds are big and comfortable with curtains. The place is just beautiful and peaceful. You can enjoy the pool during the hot days. Thao will help you when needed and she offered me rice when I was sick 🥰 The free bicycle to go into town, the free water is really a plus

Perfect stay for me! I stayed in a lot of busy hostels before and wanted a place that was a little bit more quiet. And everything was amazing from the moment I arrived. I got there quite early in the morning but they still gave me an available bed to rest in, gave me juice and let me use the bicycle until my check-in. They have really comfortable beds, a super clean pool and they rent out scooters for a fair price (highly recommend exploring the area around hoi an with a scooter if you can, even Da Nang is easy to reach in half an hour). The location is a bit on the outside of town, but with the free bicycles you can get to old town and the beach in 10 minutes. The staff was also so so lovely and helpful - I would always come here again!

Wonderful quiet, relaxed and friendly homestay, fantastic rooms which are huge for the price! And lovely bathroom and shower. Pool was barely used during my stay which meant I basically had it to myself! The family are very friendly and helpful but aren't at all overbearing, and free water and bicycles are a great bonus. It's further out of town but for all the best reasons, and the cycle into town takes 8 minutes and is a beautiful ride alongside the river. Even got to check in early after a long night bus. Didnt want to leave! Can't recommend enough.

Friendly and helpful owners. Really lovely. Free bicycles to explore the old town and cheap motorbike hire. Far enough out to be quiet and out of the craziness of the old town but a 15 minute stroll, 3 minutes bike into the thick of it. Nice little market around the corner and good coffee shops around. The stroll into the old town along the river was lovely.

Honestly, it was the best hostel that I've been in my life. Surprisingly, they offer a drink in your arrival and explain everything about the city, tours, and even be careful with strangers. I was so tired and hungry and she offered me a meal. I'm so grateful for my staying there. The place is super chill, clean and so peaceful. Great vibes and with a very good location.

I loved my stay here! I had intended to stay for 2 nights and just had to extend. The accommodation and gardens are gorgeous, the beds are comfortable and the amenities are great. The pictures don't do it justice. Free bicycles are available, which makes the location (in between the old town and the beach) perfect. Above all, the family that runs the homestay is fantastic. They do their best to make you feel at home. They also let me check in early after a particularly tiring night bus, which I really appreciated. Thanks a lot!

The beds in the dorm were a little hard. But they were broad and had enough privacy!!

The family was so lovely even though they did not speak english a lot. Thao (the owner) spoke english really well and she helped me with everything! When I arrived at 7 am my bed was not ready (as expexted, the check in time was at 13), but I had a very warm welcome with free water and coffee and the opportunity to shower and rest. She really took care of everybody in the homestay. I also got really useful tips for restaurants, activities, etc. The atmosphere was chill, not too busy. All the other guests were also very friendly and open, I think I spoke to everybody. Maybe you can organise a dinner in the future? That could be really nice. The location was somewhat from the center, but there were bikes we could use for free. And there were enough restaurants/shops close by. I really had a lovely time here.

The red house homestay was such a lovely environment to stay in. I was staying in a dorm which had double bed bunk beds! It felt super cozy and not like a dorm at all. The price was so good and the owner was so lovely and always available to answer questions. There is a lovely courtyard that is great for hanging out and the overall vibe of the homestay was calm, relaxing and friendly. I loved it.

When I arrived I was welcomed with fresh juice and hints and tips about the town, when I broke my glasses the family went to the opticians for me to fix them, and when I left I was given a packed luck for my long sleeper journey. Beautiful house and garden, beautiful people. Free bikes to use. Oh
