Nothing to complain about

My experience here is over my expectation from the scenery, pool, beach, room, staff to food. All of staffs here super friendly and helpful. I feel very welcoming during my stay here. Breakfast galore and very tasty. Quick service when I need my room to be cleaned Private & clean beach Love the quiet ambiance I definitely pick this resort if I come back to Phan Thiet in anytime soon.

Wunderful Resort with amazing pool Room: We hat a amazing Beachfront Villa (Bungalow). Highly recomended. Breakfast: Great Buffet with a huge selection of tasty food Location: Located directly on the beautiful beach (a bit windy as expected). Dunes are very close, which is great as you can walk there early in the morning with less tourists. Staff: Very friendly

It was quite windy by the beach so that it was almost too cold to go swimming either in the ocean or the pool. There is also a lot of rubbish floating in the ocean being washed up on the beach - the hotel staff are constantly picking it up to keep the beach clean but it's still quite depressing.

We liked this place very much even though it felt a bit like a retirement home which I didn't realise would be the case when booking it - it was beautiful though.

The waitresses during the breakfast buffet lack a smile on their faces. Out of the 10+ personals, only the only supervisor carries a smile on her, walking around greeting other customers. Not very welcoming vibes during the breakfast buffet. However, the food was great, lots of options to choose from.

Resort was so amazing! Nice landscaping and so clean! Breakfast was good and there were a lot of options. Two nice pools! Also free minibar was nice!

Room service was not as good as I expected. Location was a bit isolated. The room had two single bed. Most rooms at this resort were with single bed.

None Staff near the Beach side resort, they were not that friendly compared to all the other staff

The resort had all the facilities we expected. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Di has been a great host in helping us providing us information on local attractions and answering most of our questions. Resort had two restaurants, staff in the main restaurant are very friendly but we can't say the same about the restaurant near the beach area (probably due to lack of staff). Kids loved the resort and many activities they could do!

Location is a bit far from restaurants

The resort is big with lot of open air space and plants. There are 2 swimming pools which are safe for kids. Though the decoration is a bit old school, facilities are just renovated so the room looks new.
