The view from my room. The high level of comfort. The breakfast was the best i had in my tour of Vietnam. The position close to beach with lots of excellent restaurants close by. The staff were all lovely and helpful. I also took the opportunity to go to the opticians and the dentist and saved a fortune.

the room is really small and the bathroom is organized in a strange way in that, the shower is closest to the room and the toilet is further away, so when you take a shower, the whole bathroom is wet, making it a little tricky to use the toilet and sink.

the breakfast is amazing, so fresh and a nice variety of both Vietnamese and Western food. Staff is super friendly and helpful and the room is very comfy. Location is super as it's really close to the beach and tons of restaurants

Great location, chic design, rooms are well equipped and thoughtful, loved the sea view from the side window. The breakfast had a lot of fresh fruit which we enjoyed, and tasty selection of local hot food. The resident dog is toooooo cute!!!

The wifi in my sea view room wasn't very good. While trying to access other streaming sites and other web access, it would freeze quite often. I can't tell if it was a wifi issue or the overall internet access quality of the hotel. Basic browsing often took some time from my room even when just browsing the web. Perhaps it affects the ocean view rooms at the corner of the hotel as my other family members staying on the other end of the floor did not experience any slow down. Please check the wifi quality from the Ocean View Rooms. Suggestion - increase the dining room ventilation during morning breakfast when cooking is happening. Maybe ventilate the smells out the window so that our clothes will have less breakfast smells. Reception staff are polite - however, they could be more welcoming and improve the guest experience through simple conversations - How is the visit? Anything you need help with? Anywhere you might want to visit? (simple interactions like this will add greatly to the guest experience.)

The location of the hotel was very good. It is close to the beach (5min walk) and close to many food places all around. The sea view was acceptable from my curved front window. The breakfast was quite nice. The selection was wide enough to provide for all tastes. The warm breakfast of fried eggs (any style you like) and noodles in soup was always good. Each of the 3 days we stayed, we had wonderful start to the day on the 2nd floor dining room. The hotel provided a beach towels in a beach bag and slippers - that was very much appreciated and useful. The live music at the hotel bar was very good. I could just head to the ground floor, had drinks and listen to wonderful band providing entertainment. The service staff at the bar were very good. It was very convenient to take a Grab anywhere we needed to go. The hotel is in a location that is easy to get to and from.

Immaculate and modern decor. Good atmosphere with helpful staff and a lively bar but still didn’t go on too late so quiet at night. Super close to the beach too.

faint sewer smell from bathroom (we used a fan and opened windows), some night bands at bar one night (but ends around 10.30/11pm), bathtub was not cleaned when we checked in (hair, sand and grime) so we cleaned it ourselves. Would still recommend!

Perfect little apartment; washer + dryer, lots of space, real plants, amazing breakfast, friendly staff (thanks Annie and Peter but to everyone too but I don’t have all the names), super close to beach, lots of thoughtful touches like towels and beach basket, detergent, wonderful in house wash products, refillable water bottles, lots of hangers; partial sea view, big bathtub, bright and sunny because of big windows, interesting Palm Springs inspiration decor (modern, funky and bold), cute bar, great location with coffee shops, eateries and massage places nearby. They take the environmental angle seriously. Would stay again!

The design of the hotel, starting from the bar till the rooms. Very interesting project. The premises are very clean, they give you a beautiful bathrobe, a Teddy panda :-), there is drinking water available in the room for free, instant coffee and ice tea. Beds are very comfortable. The sea view is in all (if I am not mistaken) rooms. Free sauna and Turkish bath (I don't recommend it as you have sauna all over the clock on the streets lol). The breakfast is very complete. With a lot of fruits, yoghurt, and pastry. The Asian buffet looked nice although we had a European breakfast in this hotel. The staff was very helpful as well. Very good localisation. Next to a have it all street. You can reach the each in 3 minutes as well. the hotel also offers live music some evenings.

Really could not fault anything here.

Very spacious family room two big comfortable beds seperated by fantastic bathroom setup . Room had everything you needed beach towels .two seperate air cons. Very impressed with the room layout . Restaurant food was very good we had several meals there . Loved the outdoor area to sit eat and have a drink . great shaded area . Recommend this property for great quality at very reasonable price .

Can't fault this properly. Lovely (quiet) rooms, great ground floor bar area, really friendly team, location perfect - close to Nguyen Van Thoai and beach. Wifi is great - have been remote working from room while looking for an apartment to stay longer term. Of the several places I've stayed in Hoi An and Da Nang over past couple of years, Pama is by far the best
