The resort is a bit tired although the staff work really hard to keep it nice it need a bit of money spending on it to fix broken tiles in the pool and rusty displays etc.

The staff were lovely and happy to help. It was comfortable and in a good location. Also good value for money.

Repetitive breakfast. Beach is nothing like as advertised at all.Only a short width of sand with waves crashing against the retaining wall.Sun lounges overlooking beach in very poor condition. ..broken..need fixing...Beach bar and decks are not in use and really need refurbished.Very shabby. Very dark and slippery at night crossing the uneven tiled area of the beach bar to get to our room.The security guard kindly shone his torch along this stretch for us .

Excellent friendly staff. .Mandy and Eric at reception..wait staff at breakfast, pool man with towels and cushions, Unbelievable! And Duy was a great driver who took us on the South Island tour. Can recommend using the hotel and Duy for your tours. Room had been repainted inside and out with relatively new furniture so very comfortable. Hotel.has good location to other restaurants and the free electric bus to Grand World.

Nice location, hot water is problem, staff go to clean early in the morning- 8:30AM/ knocks on the door. The hotel is very old, but good idea before. Must to renovate for sure.Maybe for next time we will choose another hotel- next to have many more better.

Housekeeping was not great. They left trash in the room daily no matter if we accumulated it in a bag or left on the table.

Booked a beach front bungalow but got a room with balcony above another room. Hey guys, bungalows don’t have floors. So we had the sound and view of the ocean but no direct access and no personal sun loungers like all the ground floor rooms. Check what you’ll really get. The room suffered from an ant invasion for the 4 days of our stay, the staff valiantly spraying them during cleaning which meant waking up in the morning to dead ants all over the floor. The rooms were cleaned regularly but are old and worn out, the walls were covered in old glue from posters that someone must have put up and never took down which looked really gross. A lot of noise from huge seafood reataurant next door to the room. Average breakfasts. At check out they tried to charge us for water from the minibar… For the money it’s kind of OK but we stayed in much nicer and cheaper places in Hanoi and Hoi An.

Great location on the beach, gardens are cute and well maintained. We were after 10 days of travelling through North Vietnam so just focused on the sun, beach and sand but if we had booked this for a longer stay we’d be having strong words with management.

The resort has sun beds on the beach but not many. The restaurant by the beach was not a favourite.

Nice room. Ours was on the first floor with large glass window doors. Good location. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Quiet at the beach. Wifi was good. A good resort for families with young children.

The food at the restaurant wasn't great for us but that might be because we have dietary preferences being vegan.

This was a perfect spot for us with 2 young kids. Even though it is in the busy beach area, it doesn't feel like it within the resort at all. So that also means you're close to other restaurants and stores. The pool area was great, and had 2 shallow sections for our young daughter. The garden bungalows were lovely. The staff were very friendly. The raised restaurant platform overlooking the sea was very lovely. Overall it feels like a very well loved resort. Nothing is flashy or overly luxurious but it's a great spot if you don't mind that! I think some of the beach front bungalows look as if they'd recently been refurbished.

The beakfast coffee only one type of sweet coffee. Offering to prepare black unseweetened cofee (even at own cost) would be nice. Beds are quite hard and asking for extra toppers unfortunately did not help.

Very friendly and helpfull staff. The location is in the Center of the City but quiet at the same time. You can find nice restaurants both on the main road and on the beach for every day within walking distance..

A bit difficult to communicate in English outside of the reception. Sweet coffee at breakfast and no other option available. Musty smell in the room (quite often in Asia) and humidity, low water pressure in the shower, the facilities in general requiere some good renovation. Unstable wifi - not recommended if you need to work remotely.

Great location and beachfront, the access to the beach and nice specious pool were great! The room was also comfortable and specious with a balcony. I enjoyed the breakfast and local food selection as well as free airport shuttle. Nice restaurant with good food and sea view, great to swatch the sunset. Kind staff! Just outside of the resort on the straight way to the main road there is a good spa - Rose Lee where I especially recommend back massage.

I found the beds to be SUPER uncomfortable. They were really hard so I found it difficult to sleep on such a hard bed.

Breakfast variety with no daily variation and few English speaking staff.

Such welcoming staff led by Mandy at reception and Mr Tea in the bar-restaurant, who sorted any minor problem immediately and cheerfully. Although breakfast plentiful, choice a bit limited and coffee dreadful. Highlands coffee shop locally and many local restaurants and massages offered great value with good service too. Literally bungalow is right on the beach and well maintained in simple style.
