The food at the executive lounge is very good but its I am getting bored with the same food every time staying there.

Top 5 star stay. Could not fault this hotel. The evening cocktail bar was so good for premium club residents rooms. All you could eat and drink. A lovely touch. It was so good you really didn’t want to leave the property and go out for meals. Highly recommended.

Brilliant Hotel facilities included in club residence… the best banquet with multiple choices all amazing! And breakfast included almost every nationality of food.:: The room was lovely and large .. great view over the city … very central location.. highly recommended and shall stay on next visit later this year

The card use to access the room does have some technical issues and must be improved. It cant be easily slotted in the card holder to activate the lighting for the room.

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and provide personalized treatment at the reception, lounge. The Coco Spa is the best spa services that i have experienced.

Lobby can get very crowded due to the Tour groups and buses.

Standard business or tour hotel, lots of buzz happening with meetings tour groups and conferences, so Very easy to get taxis. Room was standard but clean and comfortable. Vietnamese coffee at Breakfast was strong. Lots on onsite restaurants and cafes surrounding. Restaurant faces a park and nice to watch the taichi classes in the morning.

New World Saigon was absolutely fabulous. From reading other peoples reviews, we opted for a Residence Club Premier room which I would definitely recommend. The room was wonderful with an amazing view. The bed was so comfortable and the room was spotless (it’s one of the nicest toilets I’ve ever had the (dis)pleasure to throw up in - which was nothing to do with the hotel, I must stress!). The club lounge, staff, food and drinks available there were all excellent. And the pool is absolutely gorgeous - do try the lychee cocktail at the pool bar - to die for!

Stayed 2 nights. It’s about 30 minutes from airport, close to main locations. You’ll get everything that you expect from a perfect hotel. Quick check-in, room as described, comfortable beds and pillows, all needed accessories, tasty food, delicious coffee. Surely I will stay there next time.

Concierge staff member was a bit pushy for us to post positive google review with his name, therefore assistance received felt performative rather than genuine.

Centrally located for all district one activities. Excellent buffet breakfast with huge variety and very fresh. Feels very upmarket and luxurious.
