We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Big spacious room and a delicious fresh breakfast. The hotel was close to the tourist walking streets with lots of restaurants and cafes. An easy grab to most of the tourist sites in town too. The pool was small but great after a hot day in Hue. The staff also helped us organise our onward transfer to Hoi An too at a great price.

SingaporeNoise is nothing they could do about since is right at the middle of everything. I m good w it. There is nothing I didn’t like about the hotel. Give 2 point less coz other guest may not get used to the noise. Honestly is not too bad
V convenient, right at the walking street. Easy to move around. Staffs n room wonderful . Can c the hotel make effort to cut down the noise. Will stay again if happens to b around. Transport to everywhere can b arrange w hotel, v easy. Also money changer at the hotel but not sure if rate was good.

United StatesVery central location included loud music late into the night from the businesses nearby. The hotel provided earplugs and warning of noise level upon checkin to room. Nonetheless, it was fun to people watch and enjoy the night from the balcony.
Wonderful location for walking to various restaurants and the riverfront. Reception staff - super nice and hospitable. Clean room, comfy bed.

Excellent accommodation in walking street .big comfortable beds with a very well laid out bathroom . Huge balcony overlooking the city . perfect to sit and have a drink . Great breakfast setting with excellent variety of food . The staff right throughout the property were very friendly and most spoke very good English. I highly recommend this hotel for quality at a very reasonable price.

I had an excellent experience staying here. The staff were wonderful, from the ladies on the desk to the hotel lobby staff. Special mention to Boa Han who was so helpful in arranging to post on to my next hotel in Hanoi on an item of clothing I stupidly left behind me in the room. Location was great and even though it's next to the main party street the noise wasn't an issue. Highly recommend!

VietnamOur room doesn’t have a balcony. The sink faucet always made a bad noise whenever we turned it on. And the AC was a bit noisy.
We arrived in the morning and when I ssid that were going to checkout earlier they accepted us using breakfast tickets on the check in day. I appreciate that much. Everything inside the room was clean and neat, good soundproofing, shampoo and shower gel were fulfilled, the bathroom is modern although no bathtub. Good breakfast, especially Bun Bo. Due to a random incident, we had chance to go through their kitchen and had a quick look: it’s tidy and hygienic made we feel assured about what we eat.
