We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

We were very pleased with our stay! The room was very clean and functional, perfect for a comfortable stay. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and always ready to assist us. For example, the receptionist booked a night bus to Saigon for us at a very reasonable price, and the reservation even included a transfer from the hotel to the bus station. This thoughtful service really made our trip easier!

United KingdomThe mattress was slightly too hard for my taste, but I guess that’s just personal choice. Quite a lot flights of stairs and no lift so definitely something to take into consideration if travelling with heavy luggage.
The hostel was in a great location, super central and very close to food street, which is always a plus! ;P Staff were absolutely adorable, they recommended booking our Mekong Delta tour through them and introduced us to the lovely Thu Hien, our guide for the day. Also big up to Kim who took care of our transports reservations for our journey to Phu Quoc, even after our ferry tickets got cancelled out of the blue the night before departure!

PortugalVery noisy outside, there is a kind of food & drink small place in front of the hotel and they started doing a lot of noise at 4am. Couldn't sleep. Other recommendation is to have coffee and tea on the rooms, they have there a kettle, but no drinks, and only in the last day on checkout, we've noticed that there was drinks on the reception to take to the bedroom. Not a problem, just a recommendation. Take it to the rooms, or mention it on check in of guests.
Very friendly staff, helpful for all we needed. Recent hotel, with modern look. We enjoyed the tour of the river floating market organized by them. They even gave us a little gift fot that. Thank you very much!

Such a lovely hotel it is down an alleyway but really easy to find with a big sign so no need to feel unsafe the staff were literally so amazing and so accommodating and so friendly, the English speakers we met were fluent so nothing to worry about such kind hosts made sure we were so looked after we came here for one night with our friend and we would 100% go again it’s a really good location as well right in the middle of everything. Was so worth the price, super cheap as well. Very clean too
